Spent weeks msging back and forward to customer support Constant issues Consistently given the run around asked for the same details photos videos over and over Always dealing with someone new, they acknowledged on many times it was a obvious fault on camera but continuously was given the run around with do one more step and will send you a new one obvious tactic to avoid giving warranty Terrible customer service

I bought these cameras, they seemed okay but could not even pick up a number plate on the records. So I sent them back without the money back guarantee period. I followed up twice after I sent them and just got generic responses, not I have received a notification they are being sent back to me as they were not collected. I have been waiting over two weeks for a refund and not I have to start the process again, this is terrible service.

Sam, I completely understand the frustration here, you did everything right, sent them back within the window, and instead of a refund you've had chased-up generic replies and now a parcel bouncing back to you. That's not good enough, and I'm sorry it's landed on you to sort out.

We'll trace where the parcel is now and get your refund moving straight away and you shouldn't have to run the whole process again.

Absolutely amazing camera. Solar means it charges automatically. No subscription fees. Easy to install. Motion activated too and spans are large area. Easy to go to playback and record if needed. Would highly recommend. We only have one out the front as we have 2 german shepherds for out the back.

Best security camera ever. Works a treat. Clear picture. Solar charging. Don't need a subscription, it works fine with SD card and app. Easy to access remotely and you can even look around. All the extras. Not the cheapest but competitive. Delivery took a while because they sell like hot cakes but worth it in the end. AND finally, it's an AUSTRALIAN COMPANY so if something goes wrong you can deal with it and not get ripped off.

Curtis, I'm sorry — being asked for the same photos and videos over and over, dealing with a new person each time, and still not having a replacement in hand after a fault's been acknowledged is exactly the kind of run-around no one should get. That's not how a warranty claim should go, and I understand why you've lost patience with it.
