full to the top .I absolutely love Sustain it is very tasty and not too sweet.I thoroughly recommend it as a good value breakfast cereal.

NOT THE SAME! – Used to eat this years ago but now it's another thing that's changed and is a disappointment. The flakes are different and are so light and crunchy it's like a hazard to eat and it's just not the same juicy cereal it used to be. Dental minefield – I buy my sustain from coles greenslopes last year the product was not in stock so I bought JUST RIGHT after finishing this pack of cereal I saw that SUSTAIN was back on the shelves so bought same. Since returning to SUSTAIN I have been very disappointed with the product as i have found it to be full of hard crunchy bits which are very dangerous to my aged teeth. too many sultanas spoiling the product – i find having to pick most of the sutanans out of sustain as spoils taste.i have been eating for years but have now noticed the increase of sutanas----not to my liking...add more apples and almonds'

What’s missing in the box – Having eaten Sustain for many years, I now find some ingredients have diminished. Very Little apple, not many sultanas, not much Almond etc. can you please check with the manufacturer to correct.

Best tasting cereal – Kellogg's Sustain is enjoyed by all family members from young to old. The mixture of grains and fruit is excellent to give it the delicious overall flavour. It always smell good unlike some others where it can somewhat smell 'old/expired'?! Can enjoy it everyday. Kellogg's, please bring back the large pack!

Not happy about change – I've been eating Sustain every morning for years. It's low GI. I'm disappointed that that fact isn't on the front of the box anymore because it's important. The latest box I bought, the flakes are much bigger. I prefer the smaller flakes.

my only choice – I have eaten Sustain since it came on the market and love it every morning still. That's a lot of packets! I have it with thick natural yoghurt.

Cannot wait to have my sustain every morning – Sustain is the best breakfast.Have eaten it for years...because of the cost I sometimes think I may change but always go back to sustain Sometimes I have sustain for my event meal if I have had a bigger midday meal...Love it !!!!!

Fantastic breakfast cereal – Just right is most probably the best cereal on the market, except for Sustain. Sustain is the pinnacle of breakfast cereals that my family have tried. anything about this cereal, it would be that the milk soaks in too quickly - because the bran flakes are quite thin. great taste, doesn't leave you feeling bloated, not too sweet Extremely, extremely expensive

Terrible – I bought this one but was disappointed with the taste. It is definitely not as healthy as they make it out to be. sounded like it was healthy and would taste good. Unfortunately, it was soo sweet and the flakes were just thin and tasteless for me. Too sweet and sugary tasting. The flakes were think too, nothing tasted good in this cereal for me.
