outside, or using it in a second car. As for the voice command besides GPS, it was not very helpful (When you think of navigating it whilst driving. would be great if it was) The remote control was another unsatisfactory addition as it has poor function and difficult to reach.... So that's about it for me But younger people who like spotify and other likes may found it ok. I did not have trouble to connect it to my radio so this was ok.

I returned this product for a refund. It didn't match my expectations and would not 'sit' solidly enough so kept 'wobbling'about. I liked the idea as I have an old school car BUT decided it was not doing the job I thought it would. Show details

Good size screen but audio quality on calls is terrible and volume button on screen covers speed identification which is a design flaw. Tested device in 2 different cars with different users and results were the same. Very disappointing but even worse was the response from the company reps who did not care and made it almost impossible to return for a refund. Show details

Not a great product chews through your phone battery, does not connect clearly to radio to play your music lots of static, speaker phone has a huge echo for the person your talking too. Will be returning this product

navigate through the menu to get Maps, the primary reason I purchased the unit. Having said that the 7" screen is great and having travelled around the backroads of Tasmania recently I did not get lost once. It is very accurate especially when coming up to a turn off.

bit thin, I will place a thicker base under it to try and rectify that problem. Otherwise all good, My Brother inlaw has the same one and I purchased this one because I saw his.

After some setting up issues ( my lack of understanding) the smartplay has been a beauty. I love the clear screen and in particular the sound combo of the units speaker and the car's. Quickly and concisely, KLEVA have fixed this issue. Extra credit granted, my trust is restored. Very happy with result. The device would not connect to either my new phone, fully updated or my car audio. I returned the device promised by Kleva, a full refund of credit, plus $15 extra credit. amount of money, but a huge amount of trust. I have contacted Kleva several times with one positive reply. No action as yet. If a company promises something, it needs to be given.
