Excellent idea happy with the purchase. Only slight issue is the ability to clean all utensils efficiently. Maybe look at an easier cleaning method for the cutters and sizers. I do not have a dishwasher all dishes are done by hand. In saying this the advantages of the unit out weighs the minor cleaning issues. Show details ·  1

CERTAINLY NOT AN EVEN SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE – Actually, we hanen't used it yet as we had 'great' difficulty knowing how to assemble and then use it. Waiting for family member who we will gladly dump the free one on to asssist s. Found our instructions far from being even satisfactory. Great product, love it – Im a huge salad lover and this just changed my life, with arthritis its hard to chop vegies safely but now i dont hesitate, its quick, easy and looks professional as the pieces are all cut in perfect uniform. Just love it so much i gave one to my daughter. Show reply

I'd give it a 0 if I could. This object would not cut a single thing in my kitchen. The blades are too blunt and I could not exert anything like the force it would require to make a dent in vegetables like potatoes, carrots etc. Tomatoes got squished. like Popeye's. The top of the cutter was actually bending over the potatoes as I tried to get it to slice down, to no avail. I bet it wouldn't even cut a boiled egg. Total rubbish. Couldn't give it away.

offered an alternative which I accepted. Three weeks later I was told it was being processed. Two weeks on it was waiting to be picked up by the courier. A further week and it was expected to be picked up within the the next ten days. Since I ordered in September as a Christmas present and it was now about a week or so before Christmas I cancelled. On all but the last call your telephone staff were offhand and unhelpful and couldn’t do anything to help. No one thought to advise me of the unavailable iitem or to send the other two, and no one seemed too concerned about this, or about the extreme delays.

Not happy – The slicing is ok but the chopper is not working for potatoes as shown on TV you have to push through with the other holding tool. Somewhat disappointed because the ad is very inaccurate.

I also love the mandoline attachment for slicing potatoes evenly, and the larger cubing blade is perfect for cutting potatoes into chunky chips. Everything comes out consistent, which helps everything cook evenly.

It's easy to use, saves me a lot of prep time, and cleaning up is straightforward. If you do a lot of cooking from scratch, I think it's well worth having in the kitchen.

Purchase process was good. However, I feel the product is not as effective and completes tasks as advertised. More force is required than I thought was needed and I am not confident that the product ( Kleva Cube Cutter ) will be able to withstand constant work

Quick – I find this product really good as I have used for the small dicing and the larger although one does have to cut the potato etc. in small sections first. Show reply

An appealing appliance – Lightweight but strong and efficient with multiple easy cutting options. Makes food preparation much quicker and simpler. Uniform shapes and sizes of cut fruit and veg add appeal to dishes.

the best – excellent produce. very sharp blades and very strong outer. I dice pumpkin and carrots for my home made dog food recipe. It does a full container in minutes. Also good for my arthritic hands. Show reply

Another bad product "flogged" on television – If it worked as well at home as on TV it may be worth some consideration. The slicer cuts fruit too thin and there is no way it will dice raw carrot

Disappointing – Slicer is fine. Cube cutter has limited uses as it is almost impossible to cube harder vegetables like pumpkin. Would have returned it accept that I gave one to my son.

Best tool in my kitchen! – This is one of my favourite tools in my kitchen! My family love spaghetti bolognaise and would happily eat it every week. Me, not so much. I hated dicing everything up. But now I have the cube cutter they can have bolognaise every day! Wash up is so easy too. I rinse the blades immediately after use then wash them with the rest of the dishes later. Disappointed – The slicer slices things wafer thin basically I was not happy with it and unfortunately I had to go away due to ill health and was unable to return the items within the month so I am stuck with it

another email to say, "Due to its popularity it will be dispatched in the beginning of October." so I wait to hear and the beginning of October came and went, and nothing but all these add keep getting emails to me for the item I purchased to order quick before stock runs out :( I emailed to see where it was and was told they could see it would be sent in a few days. Well, a long story short, that never happened, and I am sending emails to see where it is and getting all different excuses and time frames in return. I rang and was told she didn't know why it wasn't sent and would send it as soon as possible, and there was still nothing. I rang back and got Oh, there is a delay because we are moving Warehouse, and the list goes on. I finally got it almost a month later and persevered with it for a few weeks and put it in the cupboard where it will stay. If I had that many hassles getting it, I could only imagine the hassles trying to send it back. Customer service and product are pitiful, to be honest.

A bigger cutter – It saves time,it cuts everything the same size, But I would like a bigger square cutter to cut potato, for potato salad, I make a lot of potato salad and it takes for ever to cut it in squares, that is the only fall down it has, apart from that, all good. Show reply

OK except the long wait times for orders to arrive – That was a while ago I brought Kleva Cube Cutter , works fine & im happy ☺️ ive since Ordered Two Fry pans & im waiting for a Email or txt saying its been sent & on its way ! But nothing so far , hope it dont take as long as the Kleva Cube Cutter to arrive here , Cube Cutter took weeks & weeks to get here . Show reply

Easy to Use & Safe – I love to cook, and since a medical issue a couple of years ago, my knife skills have suffered. Having this chopper makes it safer for me and easier to prepare things for cooking. Show 3 replies

Rubbish equipment does not do anything – It does not work. No amount of pressure will make it cut down on fruit, or onions, even tomato. You would need to be super humanly strong to be able to press down hard enough. So for an ordinary person, this product does not work at all, is falsely advertised, and deceptive.

It's good, but not if you can't exert a lot of pressure – I ordered my Cube Cutter and after a strangely long wait, it arrived. It's well designed and all the pieces pack together neatly. What I have discovered is, the smaller cutting grid is not so effective with hard veggies like carrots. I literally had to use my food to push the lid down. It's perfect though for softer veggies like zucchini. I'm liking the Cube Cutter, but don't buy it if you don't have much strength in your arms and hands! Show reply
