WOW super impressed! The delivery time was very quick, 3 days, and at no extra charge, and that was over the weekend as well. The setup was very straightforward. Follow-up · It started leaking after 3 weeks. Stopped heating up . Mum rang me when I was away to tell me about it and said she would never want one again,
It gives the water a strange taste. Ask for help and followed instructions. Didn't work. Repeated numerous times no difference. Never again. Don't have box to return it.

It is great but I've seen others where you can adjust the amount of hot water required. With yours I have to do 2 separate pours to fill the mug which is small up to the top.

If I could give it a minus score I would have. Absolute garbage. It cost me $190:00 to find out that these are useless & only got $149:00 back. A waste of time & money. Will never buy kleva products again.

We think its a good product and heats only the water you need. When you are a regular coffee drinker you don't have to boil a kettle. The only thing that we would like to suggest is, improvement in amount of water heated. Brochure mentions 200ml of heated water but we found it more like 170ml Show details · 1
I love the convenience of not waiting for the kettle to boil to make 1 cup of coffee or tea. Even if you have to use filtered fridge cooled water to fill up the tank, it takes less than 10 secs for piping hot water to start filling the cup!! Show details · 1
