Dont Bother! – Poor product, cheaply made, terrible sun glare reflection on the screen ,call quality is rubbish, radio rarely had clear sound, best thing about this product was the refund.

Not what I expected – Sounded good in theory but doesn't have its own GPS, it only works from my phone which uses more phone battery. The screen is too bright at night time, the hands free is terrible as callers cannot hear me, the volume needs to be at maximum to hear anything through the car radio, the mounting bracket keeps coming loose and the screen droops. Great, I can play my favourite music from my phone now and easier to make and answer phone call, still have a lot to work out what it all can do. Show details ·  1

I would have liked a bit more user manual information, like what to do when your Smartplay won't respond to either use of the on-screen icons or my mobile controls when I am trying to adjust the volume or pause an audio book. It plays my Audible and Spotify content but I can't control it. Show reply

Save your $$$ – Garbage, we have wasted countless hours trying to get it working properly between 3 of us, will not do as says does not play through car speakers only through itself, will only show map screen on apple car play, does not connect to pre-set or blank stations, etc etc, not worth cost to take it to car audio specialist.

Not a good product – Won't connect via wireless Android auto. Have to plug it in and out 5 or 6 times before it connects to phone. Freezes if it gets hot and volume is very low through fm transmitter.

Not happy with the product – It’s goes in and out of service of my phone. When voice texting it always starts with the persons name. At the moment I find it a waste of money but I like the product. It’s a shame it doesn’t work like the CarPlay in my car

Kleva Smartplay 10” gps – Sold as very user friendly, gps is good but haven’t been able to answer or ring phone calls . Device says that it is connected via Bluetooth but obviously it isn’t

Told to remove by Police. Interferes with vision – The unit is too big to be sitting on the dashboard of a car, and I was told to put it out of my line of site or I would be charged accordingly. Can’t stick it anywhere else, so after 2 days it went back in the box. Bought on 12/09, but only set it up. Waiting for response from Kleverange

Not all features working – This is still not working. My husband, who is usually able to make things work is still unable to get some of the features to work. Sad, as I purchased this for him as a present, as his Tom had given up after many years of service. It looks and sounds easy on TV and on instructions online. But..... not yet! Very frustrated.

Not happy – Doesn’t work as described ,is basically an ornament on my dashboard. Will not tune into the car stereo system and the phone capability is basically non-existent. All in all a waste of money..

Aid for the older driver – We are very happy with this Kleva Smart Play. We are in our eighties and find the clarity of sight and sound such a great improvement in our 12 year old Camry. There are lots of options for making driving a safer experience. Thankyou. Show reply

Overall good – The 10" is a little wobbly when trying to press buttons at the side, could do with more support at ends. Still trying out some of the features. Show reply
