This beater is like a power drill on steroids. Even at the lowest speed 1/6 in blows a cloud of flower dust through your kitchen unless you cover the bowl or avoid flower for your pancakes. The cable is quite short as well. But am I surprised or upset? No. You get what you pay for ...

Unfortunately the lowest speed on this mixer is fast enough to cause seismic activity. I have persevered with these beaters but even on the lowest speed they cause everything in the bowl to erupt all over the kitchen. The highest speed is just scary. Going into the bin, unfortunately unusable.
