This is a review for the anko Tri-mode Gaming Wireless Keyboard (this entry is the closest product I could find listed). This was my first mechanical keyboard, and it technically gets the job done, however now that I've used it consistently for about 6 months now, I will say that you're probably better off spending your money elsewhere. For starters, the keyboard battery is rechargeable which would be nice, however it does mean that the time spent using it seems significantly less than what you might get out of a keyboard that uses actual batteries. To make this worse, there's no reliable indication of how charged the keyboard is at any given time. Many times now I have been using it and it suddenly stops working; I just have to assume that it's run out of battery. I prefer to use the 2.4GHz wireless connection option and I have found recently that this connection option is not working reliably anymore. I will enter the connection mode and plug the USB receiver into a free port, and the keyboard just refuses to connect. I've now had to switch to the bluetooth mode which limits my usage somewhat. I genuinely have no clue as to what has happened to this. I know that I'm within the 1 year warranty, however I have misplaced the receipt so I'm not sure if I'd be able to take the keyboard back. If you are using it with a Mac as I am, I would recommend downloading the Karabiner apps to better map the keyboard keys to the Mac keyboard layout; the built in Mac mode doesn't do a great job.

Warning; while anko keyboards are cheap and effective they use an foreign-style ISO layout where the enter button is upside down, making it extremely frustrating for anyone who has used australian or american keyboards for bloody 40 years, as now the spot where you hit "enter" with your pinky has a backslash key there instead.

Absolutely amazing! Changed my gaming experience entirely! – I ordered it online, and when I picked it up thought it was too small. I opened it up and found it was awesome size and was great for my fingers. It has a wonderful feel, is really easy to press the keys, and makes a cool clicking sound. It has super cool lights with many different light patterns. It has different brightnesses and speeds for the lights as well. Great for when I’m gaming in a dark room, because I can see all the keys. I highly recommend.
