We purchased an OG Sofa Bed from Koala and we are very pleased with our decision! It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. The fabric is great quality and easy to maintain. I would say that the 'mattress' on the sofa bed is med- firm so we added a topper to soften it a bit which was perfect. Overall very happy with the product and also the amazing customer service we were given! Show details

Compared to the three failed delivery efforts with Fantastic, the delivery process with Koala was friendly, quick and painless. Scotchgard on it as an extra protective. Only downside for me was waiting so long (around 2 months) but that was clearly written when purchasing so wasn't a surprise. Ottoman is surprisingly large when out together but also makes a comfy seat and easily set up with Velcro - make sure to check in the zip pocket underneath if you think you're missing the legs!

We are so disappointed with the premium fabric on our Koala 3 seat sofa. It looks really shabby within a few weeks of sitting on it and pills terribly. and I should just buy a depiller and use that every day. I don’t need a high maintenance sofa and I think your product should stand up to more than two weeks of use before it looks like it’s been through 10 years of share housing and late night parties. It’s basically not fit for purpose and it’s a bad product. Very disappointing.

For what we paid I certainly wouldn’t buy another or recommend. 6 months in the cushions started to push forward to the point we have re-adjust every time before we sit unless we want to basically sit on the edge and fall off. Our lounging sofa is super comfortable, we love the height of the armrests and the cushions are the right amount of soft yet supported. The only thing we didn't love is that we ordered the green coloured sofa, but in our space it ended up looking grey. Still happy with our purchase, and we will be on the look out for new covers! Best sofa we've ever had. I recently bought a 2nd matching ottoman in 2024. The Koala staff searched everywhere to find me one that was the same colour (the colour I originally ordered was no longer available), they came through and had it delivered within a week. Bought this couch to replace a much more expensive one! The ability to wash all parts is noteworthy!!! Especially when a dog vomits on the couch on a cold winters day. Fabric dried quickly and was easy to reassemble. Would recommend. Show details

I bought the lounge in Khaki, which is green on the website. The delivered lounge is grey. I’m a 65 year old woman and had to lug it inside myself and put it together which was really difficult and heavy. together so I struggled with the idea of returning it, however it is such a dreary colour I finally had to try to return it - and they said no because I was outside the 120 day trial period (by 2 months).
They said “what you are seeing is the true colour, as it can appear differently under professional lighting”. They are essentially admitting they put a green light on it in order to sell a grey lounge as green! And if you don’t complain about it in time, after all the effort involved in getting a new sofa, well too bad.
I will be reporting them to Fair Trading for false and misleading advertising so they have to take down those misleading photographs and stop duping people into buying their product.
