actually taste it, the artificial taste was overwhelming.

For the price, I just don’t think it’s worth it anymore. Even the watermelon flavour is so subtle that you often need more than one sachet, which makes it way too expensive to keep buying regularly.

I originally left a comment on their Instagram about my experience, but it was deleted, so I thought I’d leave my review here instead in case it helps someone else avoid wasting their money. I’ll definitely be looking for a cheaper alternative brand from now on.

I have contacted this company multiple times regarding mould in their product that I and my child have been consuming. No response. Will not be purchasing any products again. I have spent so much money on hydramama and beauty bites. Extremely disappointed that you cant even respond to my emails.

Absolute terrible company. Made an order and 15 days later i still haven't received it. I've emailed them and they either ignore me or send an automated email about them moving offices which says if I reply to their email my order and query will go to the back of the queue!

Love their beauty bites. Been buying them for a few years. Now My favs are always sold out. Takes sooo long to get tracking information. Ordered on the 4th and emailed on the 10th to follow up and got a standardised email saying they are working on it. Finally got tracking on the 17th. this however my friend ordered a week after me and her order was shipped next day and delivered the day after, 2 day turn around!! And our orders are practically identical. What an absolute joke, instead of bringing out new flavours they should focus on getting peoples orders to them and replying to their emails!

of the bars. The packs are not sealed properly, 8/10 bites were open on one side in the bundle. Rather buy chief collagen bars that are clean and cheap compared to this shite. Their mini and me electrolytes - again to get the necessary dosage of electrolyte you need to have 3 -4 packs making it the most expensive electrolyte on the market, to make things worse some of the flavours like cola, lemonade etc taste downright synthetic yuck Their skincare brand habitual beauty is a scam. With latest reviews being 6months to 3 years old, the products smell like bleach and made me breakout for the first time in my 40yrs! Again they posted my 3 star reviews of the eye cream but did not publish my 1 and 2 star reviews for their moisturizer and mask.

days I commented on their Instagram and Facebook politely, MANY people were quick to reply to me saying they have had the same issue with slow shipping, however the company are quick to reply to DM for update on your order, when you DM the reply is generic and says it should be shipped soon. And then they delete your comment online for damage control. Finally shipped. I have bought this product multiple times from local small businesses and thought I’d support the company directly. Never again. A not to bad product that needs a lot of work on its logistics. I paid for express shipping also, I understand that this is for once it has left the business but I mean the business didn’t even ship the order fast so no point in express. completely respect businesses taking a break, but there was no notice on the website, at checkout, or in the order confirmation advising of extended delays.

The issue isn’t the delay itself — it’s the lack of proactive communication after payment. Customers shouldn’t be left in the dark wondering whether their order has even been packed or sent.

Very disappointing experience so far. I hope communication and transparency improve.

Took 8-9 days to ship and there was no attempt to change the flavour of the product...i've made a couple of ordering errors through the years and never had such inflexible responses and the time it takes to respond is very very long. 2 X experiences of long shipping times and poor customer service. I requested a refund after realizing that the shipping was still taking forever but never received a response. They have spoken about moving locations, however I feel like this could have been much better managed and maybe a pause on shipping would have been a better approach. Won’t be ordering again.

It took 3 weeks and 6 days for them to even ship my product from when I ordered it. In that time my morning sickness stopped (the reason for the purchase) and I lost my baby - when I contacted them to request to cancel the order they lied and told me they had already shipped it. order was unavailable due to “damage in the move” and I could choose a diff product to make sure no further delay and then offered to upgrade to express like it was doing me a favour. This is surely a scam because why are they still selling and unable to send product. Never again will I purchase from them.
