worse company ever – brought leather repair fabric mesh from leather hero, it was just a fabric cut up from a roll, not suitable for leather, ask for a return to refund - they refused. don't buy - [Content Removed]
This response avoids the real issue. The product sold as a leather repair mesh was nothing more than generic fabric cut from a roll and is not suitable for leather repair as advertised.
Whether PayPal closed a case is irrelevant to product quality or accuracy of description. A refund offer after dispute does not correct misrepresentation.
I stand by my review so others are aware of what they are actually buying.
Disappointing – Terrible communication, ordered a kit but received a wrong colour, after many attempts to contact them I finally received a short email saying; you can go to the website and order another one!!! At the time of purchase there were other options for me but I decided to buy from local Australian seller however I'm extremely disappointed with the way they handled it, would have even paid for another dye but decided I don't want to deal with this company anymore.

Two were responded to on the same day you sent them and the other received a reply the following day. We also reviewed your order. We found that you ordered the colour Polar and we sent you the colour Polar. In your last email, you explained that you had used the Polar paint and asked how to get some Black leather paint. We showed you a screenshot of your order showing your colour selection as 'Polar' and sent you a link to Black leather paint.
Thank you for your reply however my emails were not replied to, I had to send sms the next day, your website had a steering wheel kit which I purchased, not sure why the kit comes with polar white colour!!
Does what it claims – I tried multiple natural and store bought treatments for my lounge before I found Leatherhero. It has been months and the mould hasn’t returned even through all the recent rain. Highly recommend!!

Excellent product – Discovering a couple of leather products, covered in mould, we decided to attempt to get rid of the mould. Unfortunately, the brown Bomber Jacket - that was at least 50 years old, didn't survive. The black jacket looks brand new now. It's about 40 years old After searching the net, we settled on LEATHER HERO website It was easy to use and did the job. 100% happy and highly recommend 1ltr $89 plus shipping Look at the black jacket now ! Pity about the bomber jacket

Hi Ange, We supplied the mesh you ordered. It's a high-tech, high-tensile strength mesh that is cut from a sheet as shown on our website. It's used by professional leather technicians. When you contacted us we invited you to return it for a refund. When you opened a case with Paypal, we reiterated that we would accept the product back for a full refund. They closed the case in our favour. You are welcome to return the product for a full refund.
