Good treadmill – I bought the viper m3 2years ago and have done over 4700ks on it . I use it 6-7 days a week , long runs , tempo runs , intervals (1k x 5 @ 19kmh) regularly. The huge bonus with the viper m3 is that it connects directly too Zwift . Speed and incline is used through the Bluetooth. Only things I’ve replaced is the rear bearing on the belt roller .

VIPER M3 TREADMILL – The quality of the machine is not the best. In my case, this machine was delivered with a faulty part (Running Deck). I bought it from LifeSpan Fitness Not sure how many people are having the same issue, but what I can see from many comments that I'm not the only one. If you are going to buy any equipment from them, please spend a bit of time reading reviews and comments of the product you are going to buy. It's better do not get a surprise. Unfortunately, I did not investigate before buying my treadmill.

Just an old outdated treadmill – Comes with no instructions on using the bluetooth. Bluetooth is just to connect to Lifespan app so they can share your workout information. Bluetooth is basicially USELESS Won't work with new iPhones (XS Max, 11 etc) USB is to just charge the phone. You CAN NOT connect iPhones from XS Max or newer. All music buttons on treadmill WILL NOT WORK on iPhones. You can only connect iPhone audio via old style phone jack.
It's just a basic treadmill and although it looks like it has the latest technology connectivity, IT DOES NOT
