These guys are serious – The liquid Molly diesel cleaner and engine boost has to be tried to believe. My 23 Ford transit custom was getting around 540 kilometres per tank, I started using this at about 2 mills per litre of fuel and on my second tank got better than 630 kilometres per tank. The only two things I have done recently is add a can of liquid Molly to my oil and… Read more

the diesel cleaner and engine boost to my fuel. I know this stuff has been around for years, I'm only sorry I didn't find it earlier.

Best for your money – I've tried quite a few diesel fuel additives. This is the only one I've used where I've noticed any significant consistent improvement in terms of delivering more power ( subtle but noticeable, especially when towing ). Will buy again when on special but I wont waste my money on any of the others!!! JLM is a lot better, but it is not readily available & it never comes on special & it's expensive.

IMO it works (for me) – I first used this additive some 3 years ago when i purchased a used VW Golf 103TDI with 60,000 kms traveled. I did not notice much difference if any in the way the engine sounded, ran or economy. I had been trying different additives before and i tried more after. I ended up with a rather large collection of fuel additives :) Recently, with… Read more

105,000 kms traveled i added Diesel Clean & Boost again, mainly to use it up. The directions state 10ml to 30ml to 10 Litres of fuel every tank. I used 20ml/10 litres. Almost immediately, i noticed less diesel knock in lower gears when slowly accelerating from stand still. Engine response and power was improved, very noticeable when engine was cold & once up to operating temp. This was a different feeling engine. It now felt like it should or did (?) I don't think it has quietened the engine down much at idle but it is smooth and quiet on the move. Would not know it is a diesel once under way (other than the nice diesel torque). Economy has gone from circa 6.0 L/100kms to 5.5 L/100kms (sometimes near 5.0) which is an 8.3% improvement. With the noticeable change (improvement) in the engine operation & performance, i am of the opinion this additive works. So much so, i just purchased another 1 litre can of the additive and intend to use at the ratio of 20ml/10 litres for the foreseeable future.

Only downer is, the price of the additive has gone up appreciably. 2019 price is circa $38 where the cost some three years ago was $24. But, at 20ml/10 litres for a 50 litre tank, at $38 for 1 litre Liqui Molly it works out costing $3.80/50 litres fuel (1 tank). With an economy improvement of 8%, saving 4 litres/50 litres and at say $1.50/litre diesel save $6 per tank fuel. The economy gains more than pay for the Liqui Moly and the engine improvements are free. At least for me. AND, assuming my math is correct. Your findings may vary.

Fuel system loves it – Very low sulfur fuels make this a must, sulfur was the lubricant for diesel so clean and boost helps lubricate clean and in increase your cetane, your engine will be quieter cleaner and respond better, not to mention better fuel economy to boot, been using this product and others since they reduced the sulfur with great results, i use every tank… Read more

@ 2mil per litre of diesel, worth every penny, my Landcruiser done 500,000kms and fuel pump was still working fine, proof in the pudding, my Isuzu mux loves it and with only 7.5 litres per 100kms, the proof in the pudding. Diesel clean and boost gets my 5 stars.

This is an great product – I have only been using this product for a short time. I heard about it from my brother who has used it for a couple of years. He couldn't say enough about it. He raved about how his fuel consumption improved and how much quieter his motor is running. We all know how important fuel consumption is in running our vehicle.

Excellent Product - Does exactly what it promises! – I own a Nissan X-Trail Diesel SUV and being a Euro 5 Diesel it is fitted with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). As such, fuel quality is very important so that the DPF doesn't clog up or fail prematurely. Most modern diesel cars are fitted with DPFs. To assist the longevity of the DPF I was looking for a product that can help the fuel burn more… Read more

cleanly and produce less smoke. Liqui Moly Diesel Clean and Boost does all of this and more - it is supposed to help increase the lubricity of low sulphur diesels (very common now in Australia), and it helps reduce diesel knock. It is also designed to help clean the fuel system. And by increasing the cetane index of the fuel, it makes the fuel burn hotter and more cleanly.

I have been adding Clean and Boost to my fuel tank now for nearly a year and I can attest to the difference in performance. I hardly ever see a DPF regeneration cycle, and my fuel economy has definitely improved.

It costs around $30 for a 1 litre tin that adds to over a 1000 litres of diesel. It is well worth this money!

For any diesel vehicle owner - particularly high performance diesels in cars - a highly recommended product.

Sounds like a sales pitch? No way, I'm just an average car owner. But this stuff definitely works!
