They work perfectly! – I first used the dishwashing sheets to hand wash my wine glasses. notes on the packaging says it can be used for hand dishwashing. This means a mild ph detergent that won’t aggressively attack the skin- dishwashing detergents often have to have a lower ph to effectively remove sticky or fatty deposits because there is only the water spray inside to physically wirk on the surfaces. That’s low ph is also why they can affect glassware, cutlery over a period of time. So, problem: anything sticky, baked on like egg or similar does not wash well on a cycle where a conventional powder would work. (See photos).
SUMMARY: nice idea that unfortunately, doesn’t work. The upfront cost for the sheets per wash is on the high side, and if you have to use hotter water and a longer wash and more sheets to get it to work, then the economy is false and it. Evokes more environmentally problematic.

getting an error message. The concept is good but the formulation desperately needs review due to the over-sudsing reported by many users. The sheets are also made in China. Unfortunately, I bought enough of these sheets for a year, so I’ll slowly work through them but I’ll reduce the sheet size. I certainly won’t be repurchasing them. Regret the purchase. Took me an hour to mop up the suds with a rag and several rinses to get rid of the excess suds. I could tell the dishwasher was struggling to pump the soapy water around as it sounded different, luckily I was supervising it. Several reviews have pointed to the same issue, I'm glad I stopped it and didn't break an expensive Bosch dishwasher.
Back to Finish, dishes always come out clean and there is never any excess suds. I'll never get that hour back from mopping up the mess these dishwasher sheets made. Luckily it was half price at Woolies.

Follow-up · Yes we tried using different setting as per advice from Lucent Globe. It made no difference unfortunately. And if you have to use a longer wash cycle to get a result then the economics of their product are completely lost. Traditional detergents just seem to dissolve the food residues much better unfortunately. They left food residues and we pre rinse things before going in the dishwasher so shouldn’t have left anything.

On 3 May Lucent Globe responds with "Thank you for contacting us. We have been unable to locate an account under the details provided. Could you please provide your full name so we can assist you further with this matter? Looking forward to your response, we're to help resolve this issue for you promptly."
On 5 May, I respond with the details requested. On same day, Lucent Globe ignores my email and ships the product anyway.
On 11 May, the product was delivered. On 18 May PayPal closes my enquiry and does not chase up with Lucent Globe.
In conclusion, Lucent Globe gets my money and sends out an unauthorised order that is not linked to any account of mine.
I did end up recovering the product from AusPost and now have $200 worth of cleaning products that I didn't ask for but had to pay for.

Fill your tub up half way and chuck a sheet in. Does the job sooooo well. You can even wait 1 minute to let them soak and it does an even better job.

I did leave but because my products were still in the cart (I found it impossible to delete them) I was charged and they were delivered. All good but I will NEVER order through the website again.
The dishwashing sheets leave a dishwasher full of dishes clean. I also use the hand washing soap and toilet cleaner both with great results. In terms of ordering you need to be careful what you are signing up to. I don't believe there is any intention to muddle you. Show reply

I have used around 20 of the sheets and I cannot recommend these at all. Anything that is mildly dirty remains dirty and needs a rewash. I'm always having to rewash cutlery. I was using Aldi dishwashing tablets before which yes have plastic coverings but are also cheaper and actually wash dishes.

They only clean dishes that are essentially already pretty clean. Anything baked on / cheesy will not come off. I like their laundry sheets, but will not use their dishwashing sheets again because they are close to useless.

I saw this product advertised online and made the mistake of replacing my usual eco-friendly tablets with this rubbish. On the third attempt, the plates were still dirty, and white fragments from the sheet were lingering on them.
