is I ordered the buy one get one free but never received my free pack and the only contact for them is an email which keeps bouncing back so there is no way of getting ahold of the company.
My order did not arrive and they are now ignoring my emails.
Do not buy from this company – I ordered about 3 months ago and some of my order did arrive. I raised an issue with customer care 2 months ago, I have now been waiting two months to get the rest of my order actually sent to me or a refund given. Do not buy from this company, they do not have a phone number or email so getting in contact with them is only via social media, so I have no idea how to actually get this resolved. Show details
Ok - patience & practice required! – The company is legit. Shipping was slow, but I received the lash lift kit as ordered. The kit itself is ok. Definitely not as “quick & easy” as they make out in their advertising! I’ve had mixed success with the kit- if I could actually get the rods to stick on my eyelid I think I would get much better results. Don’t get the lotions on your skin around your eyes or it will burn, swell & blister. Show details
Great – It’s great. I have just bought my second round of the eyelashes lift kit. Easy to follow steps. It is hard to do it oneself but if you can get a friend to do it for you it is great. Also each sachet of product can be use for more than one person so you can share it and pay even less.
The perfect Lash lift and tint, so easy to use! – This lash lift and tint kit is fantastic! Easy to use, reasonably priced and long lasting. I can’t recommend this product enough, it’s saved me a lot of money, the finish is as good as going to a salon. It’s a must try.
Don't put this horrible stuff on your eye lashes! – Absolutely do NOT use. I ended up with chemical burns, massive allergic reaction, a trip to hospital and lashes that all fell out. Absolutely disastrous time. Stick to mascara and save yourself the pain.
