completely useless back-and-forth emails before getting a proper response. On top of that, I paid extra for Express Shipping, but they dispatched my package via Standard Post instead. They only agreed to refund the Express shipping fee after I pointed it out. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, it was missing an item. I was supposed to receive a free promotional Brow Lamination Kit with my order, but it was completely left out. While I haven't tested the products yet, their handling of order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support is extremely careless. Be very cautious when ordering from them. I personally will never buy from this store again.

My order did not arrive and they are now ignoring my emails.

Do not buy from this company – I ordered about 3 months ago and some of my order did arrive. I raised an issue with customer care 2 months ago, I have now been waiting two months to get the rest of my order actually sent to me or a refund given. Ok - patience & practice required! – The company is legit. Shipping was slow, but I received the lash lift kit as ordered. The kit itself is ok. Definitely not as “quick & easy” as they make out in their advertising! I’ve had mixed success with the kit- if I could actually get the rods to stick on my eyelid I think I would get much better results. Don’t get the lotions on your skin around your eyes or it will burn, swell & blister. Show details

Great – It’s great. I have just bought my second round of the eyelashes lift kit. Easy to follow steps. It is hard to do it oneself but if you can get a friend to do it for you it is great. Also each sachet of product can be use for more than one person so you can share it and pay even less.

The perfect Lash lift and tint, so easy to use! – This lash lift and tint kit is fantastic! Easy to use, reasonably priced and long lasting. I can’t recommend this product enough, it’s saved me a lot of money, the finish is as good as going to a salon. It’s a must try.
