Mask Co. Air Freshener

I use to love the Fresh Croissant and the Maple Syrup Pancakes scents, but they have discontinued them, so I’m no longer buying much from them. Very disappointing.

Initially I loved most of the air fresheners and toilet sprays. However, I have been trying for ages to get air fresheners refills. They always say they have sold out. I check every day. I am struggling to believe they are honest with the customers.

I don't know when I bought the air freshener from woolworths. Feel like I have had it for ages. It's a 100ml bottle, and it's time to get more so I can stash it all over. I have not tried any other scents. I have read reviews that the formula has changed, hope not. Surprisingly it does not list the ingredients, but does say try not to eat the bottle! No batch no.s or anything. Hope it is the same.

The smell just won't go away. I was gifted this but hated the weird, chemical smell. But now every place the bottle has been stinks of it. It's not a nice, soothing scent, nor a bright, refreshing one. Smells like cheap, bad shampoo and now my lovely house stinks of it.

This company was Awesome...at the Start! Their small bottles smelled awesome!the Refills however...smelled NOTHING like the original small bottles...Prices used to be OK! NOW, However...the prices are ridiculous, For the size of the bottles!! They have introduced More fragrances...but at the same time...removed Most of the old favourites!! decided to order a 1 litre refill of my favourite fragrance (which is not cheap ).When it arrived I immediately noticed it didn't smell the same and was quite weak ,I still had a bit of the old one so it was easy to compare .I sent Mask an email stating the issue and was told nothing had been changed in the formulation. I have since seen quite a few reviews on other websites with similar complaints about fragrances not smelling the same .Obviously there's an issue which they don't want to address . Some of their newer fragrances I have tried are quite unpleasant , they seem to remove the nice ones and replace them with awful ones . These products are not cheap ,in my opinion you can find something as good or better elsewhere on line and even in the supermarket there are natural air fresheners that are cheaper .

Dishonest business – Misleading sales. Products aren’t anything special. They also don’t ’reward’ you with the accurate amount of points after a purchase and won’t answer your questions about it after being called out on it. Very dishonest. Show details

Disappointed with customer service of Mask & co – Highly disappointed with the customer service of Mask & co. The delivery and tracking services are terrible, was supposed to receive delivery couple of days ago, no update on tracking status, written emails to understand the delivery status, no updates. There’s no contact number to talk and get updates.

Payments are not made to and Australian Company – I ordered products from them and my payment was stopped due to my card settings that does not allow online international payments until authorised by me. asthma causing spray – Unfortunately the musk gave me a asthma attack , love to know what they put in this stuff. NOT HAPPY Can’t find ingredients list anywhere on there website. Thought that was illegal not to show ingredients

Great Products – I found all.their scents amazing. I have the air fresheners, toilet sprays and reed diffusers.

False Advertising – Advertised as $49 but when you go to purchase it is $69-$79. When I contacted them they said they were unable to change the ad on socials. Which is untrue as it’s very simple to make an Ad inactive. Just feels like complete false advertising. They were quite condescending in their reply as well, basically said, thanks for the feedback and put the kiss emoji, rather than addressing that it’s not okay to falsely advertise something.

Not as advertised. Fast disappearing aromas – Purchased large set of air fresheners and hand sanitisers. Most smell great however the aroma disappears 5 minutes after spraying, definitely doesn't last for long like they claim. Postage took over 2 weeks and communication is sub par. Show details
