This is definitely the best knife for the kitchen I have ever owned. The blade has stayed amazingly sharp with regular use. The handle is smooth to the point of almost soft to the touch. Since I purchased the knife I don’t use anything else.. It’s been over a year since I got it and it’s still sharp as the first day.. You know every now and then I sharpen it. Bought 2 for self and son. Rubbish Chinese metal blunts easily. Is not ergonomic. Put a 1 star review in previously and got a call from Matsato and they said they would refund the purchase price. That was nonsense too

The knives never received. They leave the package in a lobby or in front of the mailbox of building lobby where it is easy picked up. They take no responsibility for package not delivered and speed X is the worst delivery company because they do not care if the package is stolen. Show details

Follow-up · It's been almost 4 months since I got my Matsako knife. While I only use it occasionally for breakfast & lunch, I use it daily preparing dinners for us. And since I received the Matsako knife sharpening stone, keeping it nice and sharpe is easy as can be! I'm very happy with my Matsako knife!

Wow I've had Matsato knife for a couple of months now and its such an awesome accessory in the kitchen.
