An excellent battery but won't last! – These are expensive battery packs at around $400. My first one worked well with my Resmed Mini Cpap machine for 13 months but then would not turn off. As I was on a purchase plan I was given another new Medistrom battery pack for free. This one lasted for 15 months but then the light came on and would not turn off and the battery pack would not recharge. This time it was out of warranty and I now have to try and find a cheaper and better alternative!

I do not recommend this product! Both batteries were treated with the utmost care and travelled with my Cpap machine in a box. They are terrible value for money!

Purchased in at Sove CPAP for $400.

Poor service & product from Respirico (Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite Batter/power supply) – I went into Respirico Salisbury Plains Adelaide, I was needing a power source for my Airsense 10 CPAP machine in order to go camping off grid, I stipulated on several occasions throughout my conversation with the lady that I needed a battery that MUST last a minimum of 3 nights otherwise i will look at other options that will last that time and she continued on to say that the Medistrom Pilot-24 lite battery power supply will definitely be appropriate for what I needed and therefore I went on to purchase it at $515, which is an extremely lot of money to come up with being on a disability pension.. After trusting the lady that served me, I went away on holiday camping off grid and found that I had a very big problem after the first night it went flat I then had to drive a distance to the nearest town to a chemist and they charged it for me thankfully.. upon returning home I went back to Respirico and explained that it lost all charge after 1 night and they perceived to tell me that I had to turn the heated hose setting off & to go away and try it again so I just recently went away again with all the settings turned off as stipulated and surprise surprise it once again only lasted 1.5 nights and had to rely on a lovely couple travelling Australia to charge it daily with their solar set up.. I've just come home and tried to return the battery as its clearly not what i asked for only to be told that they won't do anything about the battery as it's been used but I can send it away under warranty but it will cost me more money to which I can't afford being on a disability pension nor do I want a battery that will only last me 1.5 nights.. This makes me so very upset as its not a battery to charge my phone its a life saving product that I CAN'T live without not even for 1 night and it enables me to use my machine to actually breathe as I can't afford the luxury of staying in motels or caravan parks being on a disability pension and this company has taken advantage of me just to get a sale. I'm now not in a financial situation to be able to purchase something that will last as I stipulated in the very beginning as I spent alot to purchase this product.. Poor uneducated service from Respirico & product for something that MUST keep someone alive & breathing..
