Comfortable, Stylish Keyboard – I bought the Microsoft Wireless Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Keyboard & Mouse to fix the pain I was getting in my arm and wrist - and it worked! The keyboard is gently angled, and has a soft wrist support. The keys have a nice spring to them. The mouse is nicely rounded, very easy and comfortable to hold - much better than the 'pinch' ones. The only… Read more

negative comment I have to make is that the T and N keys have rubbed off quite quickly - lol, I must use them a lot! Also, for goodness sake don't lose the usb connector, they cost as much to replace as the keyboard and mouse!

Overall I highly recommend this setup, it's reasonably priced and is definitely worth it to relieve any arm or wrist pain you might be having.

Broken USB - Terrible sustainability implications – Great product until the USB receiver breaks. Then Microsoft's advice is to throw the whole thing out and buy a new one because you cant just replace the USB. The negative sustainability implications of this business decision are unfathomable.

Great Keyboard – Once you get used to the different layout of the keys, this keyboard is great. I do not use the mouse personally, but could see its uses as it has a button on the side that can be programmed to something else (the default is browser back) Overall, it's a good product

The worst setup – I've been using ergonomic keyboards/mice for a few years now after discovering how well they sorted my tendonitis. The standard wired Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard is great, and the Logitech MX Master mouse is optimal. When requesting an ergonomic setup from my new employer they got me the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop. It is anything but. … Read more

The base keyboard is good, but as soon as you stray away from the home key position, things go downhill quickly.

The mouse is the least useable, it was quickly turned off and replaced with a $10 cheapie wired mouse it was that bad. The thumb rest is just in entirely the wrong spot. The detached keypad is never where you need it to be.

It sounds like a good idea to detach the keypad and have a narrower keyboard, but it makes the transition to using the keypad clunky and counter productive.

By squishing the keyboard as much as possible, the functional keys that typically live between the main keyboard and the keypad are now in positions that would take a LOT of getting used to, and when you switch between different keyboards frequently, this isn't something that happens.

Save your money and don't buy this. There's plenty of other products on the market, find one of them that works for you.

Waste of money – I will advise you to NEVER buy this product: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop because it costs $$$ and if you lose the little USB then the whole thing renders useless. You cannot get a replacement USB means you cannot use the whole set ever again. All your $$$ are LITERALLY wasted. This is the stupidest product I have ever come across and… Read more

imagine its from a company like Microsoft!

What a shame.

Don't buy it...seriously!

I, unfortunately, have lost the receipt for this product but I bought it from Officeworks for $174 back in 2019.

Buy this keyboard, your wrists will thank you for it – I bought this keyboard after I had a sore wrist from using a normal keyboard and mouse for many years. It takes a while to get used to the weird layout of the keys, but after a while it feels natural to use. I also purchased an ergonomic mouse but haven't needed to use it as the included Microsoft mouse feels great and is more ergonomic than a… Read more

normal mouse. If you use a computer a lot, I would highly recommend this product. Oh yeah, the keyboard and mouse are wireless, the batteries last for ages, and the keyboard has a nice click and feel to it. It even comes with a separate number pad that you can place anywhere convenient for your desktop.
