Product doesnt work how it should – The mouse wheel will not scroll, no matter what I try in the settings I downloaded the mouse and keyboard centre it didnt help at all. will be boycotting all microsoft harware from now on.. its a shame because the keyboard design is quite nice. however some buttons are assigned to the wron key . Show details

Gave up after 3 of them – Been through 3 of these: the mIce *never* worked, the keyboards each went glitchy after a few months, the latest refused to capitalize letters 95% of the time after hitting the shift key and I'd have to arrow over and try again, and for what I do, I often have to use the Enter key to go to the next line and I'd have to pound away at it to get it… Read more

to work. After 3 of them, I've said never again. Do not purchase this keyboard/mouse combo. I've moved to Logitech, I don't have time for this nonsense.

Keyboard great Mouse worst I've used – Wireless keyboard has all the keys needed with number pad to the side. Love the layout but the mouse is useless on all surfaces, it works for a while then has a mind of it's own, I change the surface, then same again. I replaced it but the new one is exactly the same. Excellent BUT – This is an excellent keyboard & mouse combo. that looks very stylish and the keys are very responsive. But I have a couple of queries with this combo. the extra keys on the Keyboard/Mouse there is nowhere that you can find as to what they all do. All you can do is trail and error and keep your own list. The only other problem I had was that there are NO Cap Locks or Num Lock Lights on the keyboard. Apart from these problems I would recommend this product.

Don't buy this! Both keyboard and mouse have serious issues. About to throw brand new replacement set in bin! – Updated 04/01/2022 Seriously bad going Microsoft! mouse sometime misses movement altogether! Though the actual mouse tracking seems to be a little bit better. I'm at a bit of a loss - this seems to be normal operation for this but it is practically useless. I think i am going to have to just throw it away and get myself a different keyboard and mouse set!

Updated 29/08/2021 After less than a year I have had to downgrade my review to "don't buy this!" This keyboard mouse combo pack is pretty bad. Issues: - The mouse has to be within 50cm of the receiver and not blocked by anything like the keyboard or computer! Any further and a weird cumulative jerkiness starts! - The keyboard doesn't miss presses but if it is more than 50cm occasionally it takes a really long time for the key press to register. - In less than a year the rubber on the mouse scroll wheel has degraded and has become loose making it unusable. - I am going to try to claim on the 3 year warrantee but am not holding my breath. - The 'Blutrack' technology has serious issues. Yes the mouse works on a plain white surface but works pretty badly on all surfaces. - If there is even the slightest bit of dirt around the hole of the optical sensor it makes it unusable. An eyelash will stop it working completely. I never had this problem even with the Dell come-in-the-box e-waste peripherals! Original review Nov 20: Note: This review is probably tainted by the fact I miss my previous keyboard/mouse (Logitech) that I had for over 10 years but is no longer made! - For under $80 this is a reasonable keyboard mouse combo. It is comfortable and so far it hasn't missed any keypresses. The keys are a lower profile than I am used to which I assume I will get used to. - The usb dongle is a little larger than most but seems to have good range. - The mouse has side buttons that I keep accidentally pressing which is irritating but I am sure will be less so once I get used to them. - Both keyboard and mouse are powered by 2xAA batteries rather than rechargeables I do not yet know how long they last. - The Keyboard has plenty of shortcut buttons for if you use such things - I don't but they are not in the way. Personally I don't like the retro white rim look but I am sure it is very trendy and otherwise looks fine. - The mouse uses a blue light to work on a wider range of surfaces including plain or shiny surfaces. - I had to bump up the sensitivity of the mouse but that is easily done in most operating systems.

Love it – I love the feel of this keyboard. 'Enter' was a bit hard to press at first but it got worn in. The keyboard feels smooth and even thought the mouse is quiet big, overall I think it's a great. Show details

to cease using the mouse after a few weeks as it was too large for my hand (I don’t have small hands either!) and so was causing pain which took a few weeks to go away. I just switched back to an old mouse I had. The other thing that’s a bit of a shame is the lack of Caps Lock/Num Lock LEDs on the keyboard which seems to be a strange oversight, but not the end of the world. I recommend this product, but maybe just try the mouse first it’s huge and may prove too uncomfortable.
