Zero After-Sale Service – To be fair, the purchase, delivery and 95% of the construction was great, but there was a significant issue with the step involving ONE piece that simply did not work, despite hours of focus on this ONE step and attempts to redo it in various configurations to account for errors in the instructions and diagrams. This happens sometimes when putting together boxes items.

The reason for the 1 star review is because NO attempts to get help or advice have proven successful. I sent a message to the company and was promised a phone call which never came and there was no way to reply to the email telling me they'd call. An attempt to submit the official feedback form from bunnings, in which I stated that I really needed help, was met with an email from the manager saying they were sorry I wasn't happy, but offering no option for assistance. Again, it was a no reply email.

The after sale service is simply non existent and ruins what could be a good product. As a result, I would NOT recommend this product. This may change if help arrives at some point before I dismantle and return the product for a refund.

Looks great but keep it anchored – 3m x 3m Louvred Gazebo. Looks great but it's worth anchoring it down to stop the wind getting under it. Internal Gutters are tiny 25mm deep and 35mm wide, and no inbuilt slope for run off. Only two of these gutters will receive the run off from the ends of the louvres, and this run off is designed to go into the tops of the poles. It's worth fitting a leaf guard at the top of the poles because they will fill up in the base of the poles with tree debris. There are only 2 small holes in the pole and 2 in the base plate to let water out of the pillar. Nuts, pollen, twigs and leaves will be trapped permanently inside these poles. Don't allow any leaf build up on top as it's only a single sheet metal louvre, not a closed elliptical design.

Instructions are confusing and need a makeover. At least 15 errors where they show reversed images for junctions, or specify 3 different size descriptions for the same length fastener. Would take 3 people half a day to assemble and put some solid footings in to make sure it stays grounded. Instructions don't have any footing details, but max wind allowed when open is 62kmh. This requires 35kg on each post for that wind, or 50kg on each post for 75kmh wind to hold gazebo in place. A full day assembly job for one person provided you have a couple of A frame ladders, rope and a couple of ground chocks or stakes to hold the pole bases. Dimensions Poles are 2.90 metres centre to centre, or 4.10 metres across the diagonal. Base plates are 170mm square, and the mounting holes are 140mm apart. Props need to be 2270mm high to reach the main cross rails
