Absolute waste of time that will cost you time and money – Sadly I am Also giving this luggage a 1 star because it is not fit for purpose, will cause you great inconvenience and should not be sold. am on an international trip so have had to throw it out and buy a new one. This is inconvenient and expensive so my advice is don’t take the risk, it is simply not worth it.
My wife has Samsonite that has been around the world a couple of times with her so she was annoyed I cheaper out and brought this. I brought it from Myers so am disappointed they carry such a hopeless item.
Terrible – Zip broke on First use overseas. I had to use tape the seal the bag to get back home. About to go through warranty fingers crossed!
Split and unusable on second domestic flight. Avoid! Poor quality product – Avoid this brand and product. The second time I had used this case domestically, there is a huge split around 2 wheels. The product is now totally unusable and there is no-one to contact re warranty, only an international site. An absolute waste of money and such poor quality. Show details
Monsac glide suitcase – I bought a monsac glide suitcase. By the end of its first trip, three of the four wheels came off. All four corners broken, leaving three large holes. The zip broke. Probably the worst case I've ever had. It has a one star rating as there wasn't a lower option. Show details
Fell apart after 3 uses – Purchase at the start of the year for long cruise voyage. Used 3 time (all international travel) on on the last trip the bottom of the case tore and two of the wheels started to collapse. suitcase (also large) came through the same 3 trips unscathed.
Obviously Monsac have reduced their quality so I will looking at other brands when I buy a replacement next month.

UPDATE - zipper has also now broken, a problem others have also had. Just avoid this brand.
