delivered but not received, I explained how urgent the situation was. My baby was refusing bottles at the time and I desperately needed to trial other options. This wasn’t just a casual purchase , it was something I genuinely needed. Instead of receiving support or understanding, I was met with poor communication and no real resolution. I went out of my way to provide proof that the parcel was delivered to the wrong house and even lodged an official enquiry with Australia Post. I supplied this evidence, yet there has still been no accountability taken. To make matters worse, I was then asked to pay additional money to have the order resent , despite never receiving the original package and providing proof that the delivery issue was not my fault. Expecting a customer to pay again under these circumstances is completely unreasonable. The lack of empathy, communication, and responsibility has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I would strongly encourage others to consider purchasing from a brand that properly supports its customers when issues arise.

flowed out, it was messy and really stressful for her she also really struggled to latch, I find the shape of the teat really unusual. I really hope these bottles do work for people & this company isn’t just really good at marketing and advertising as anything a parent is trusting in for there baby should be a genuinely fantastic product. Teat size was perfectly paired as per recommendation of my daughter’s age.

A great bottle overall, minus a few small bumps! – These bottles were created with parents in mind! They have clever features like anti colic, limited parts (meaning less pieces to wash up every feed) and a cap that can attach to the bottle when in use so your toddler doesn’t steal them while you’re feeding the newborn. can be difficult to pop off especially when your hands are wet or slippery. But I guess this is a feature made to ensure the bottles don’t leak. Aside from this, the teats don’t currently have markings on them to help identify if they are newborn, 3M or 6M+ teats. This makes it a bit difficult to know if you’ve switched over and are using the right teats. I ran into this issue recently and reached out the Mooki and they helped me identify which teats were which and also reassured me that they are in the process of having teats manufactured with the sizing on them to help this issue. Overall a great bottle and my son had no issues taking to them!
