Great communication from the Mr Gutter booking team. Ian arrived on time, gave a quote (which i accepted) and showed photos of the current state of the gutters and where cleaning was required. He did the gutter cleaning straight away and was extremely professional about everything. Would thoroughly recommend using Mr Gutter for all of your gutter cleaning needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Show reply

I requested a quote and was called a minimum of twice a day, with multiple messages. When I finally set up a time, the technician didn't show up or contact me for 4 hours past the appointment time. It was pitch black at night when he contacted me to arrive. Very poor. The one star is for the contact centre people who tried their best.

BEWARE! Mr Gutter Cleaning sent their home services "hero", [Name Removed], who got up on my roof for 10 minutes and PRETENDED to do his job for $300. claiming his "card machine was broken". Luckily I received an email invoice from Mr Gutter Cleaning. He even tried to get me to purchase "bird protection" for my gutters at a whopping $800 - you're dreaming, mate!
When I got up on the roof and realised I had effectively been scammed, I complained directly to the company and they strung me along for almost FOUR WEEKS with several cancellations before finally sending Leigh who did the job properly - he was up for 22 minutes, yet they charge $300 for "2 hours" of work.
The original date booked was 13/12/25. [Name Removed] pretended to do his job on 30/12/25. They finally did the job properly on 19/01/26.
These people DO NOT respect your time.
If you are a vulnerable person, or are unable to check your roof for any reason, avoid this company.
I had them turn up today,,in a nutshell I would never use them again, they didn't listen to what I wanted done,it's still not done,the gutters are a disgrace,,I have to now find another company,,but I personally would, and could not recommend this company, and I think them being Philippines people, they just don't understand the needs.i wouldn't even give them a 1,,I've looked at the other reviews, much the same a 1,,pathetic, don't use them Show details

Terrible. Do not recommend – I cancelled my mr gutter clean appt 4 days before, because they didn't complete the job the previous time. Plus charged $300 for 20mins work last time. The boss did reduce the invoice and sent the cleaners back. Wanting to avoid the drama, I cancelled the 2022 appt, but they sent me a $300 invoice for the cancelled gutter clean anyway! they on my roof when I wasn't home?) I checked one of the gutters I could reach by shorter ladder. That gutter was Not cleaned! Photo below. I DO NOT recommend using them.

occurred. Rescheduled again and then advised date was no longer available therefore requiring another rescheduled day. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND A COMPLETE WASTE TIME. Have never felt the need to review any service before, but this lot are useless. Avoid at all cost.

Sadly ... they are just unreliable. Guessing their top reviews are FAKE. Twice they cancelled. Both passed the time they should have arrived. The latest was due to poor weather. I check the forecast and NO RAIN was forecast at all. They said there is high wind. I checked ... NO WIND. Red Flag. Just dishonest. This my 1st ever bad review.

Simon called when on the way, turned up on time, was friendly, professional and even helped to work out where we might be getting a leak (taking photos to further assist).
