This is a fabulous dog bed. It’s large, soft, fluffy and comfortable. As soon as I put it in the bedroom ready for my dog to use, he appeared to adore it, jumped in and rolled around in it playfully – seemed very happy with his new bed and has been sleeping very well in it . The bed and blanket arrived very quickly and our moodle settled into both immediately. The medium size bed is perfect for her and she loves it! The anxiety blanket feels so soft and she appears to be comforted while lying on it whenever her favourite person leaves the house. Show details

I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in his movement after sleeping on the Fluffy Friend bed — he doesn’t seem nearly as stiff when he gets up. Once we waited the full 24 hours for the bed to fully expand, it became incredibly comfy and luxurious. Now my pup goes straight to it whenever he wants to lie down.
Great design overall. My only wish is that I had ordered the XXL size instead — for a Retriever you definitely need the bigger one!

While I only have two experiences, one not great and then the replacement, given the attention to my concerns and personal attention we received from Bob I have to believe that the first one was an anomaly.
The replacement has quickly become a favorite for our dog and, I am pleased to say that, while it's not related directly to the bed, his elbow and shoulder issues are also improving due to treatment from the specialist in sports medicine at our loca veterinary referral clinic.
I have kept the original review below for transparency purposed but, please know, anything below this line is not an issue and has been resolved to a satisfactory level Below, you can see an image of the bed a few months in, it's well padded and doesn't have any rips/tears.

Do not buy this poor quality product
Material is way too thin, stuffing nothing like the pictures. Will not honor the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Had the nerve to offer a 15% discount and we wouldn't have to return the product. When I didn't accept that they wouldn't send a replacement cover. They did increase the refund but had no interest in their alleged 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
This tear happened with a an aging pet with a degenerative spine condition, elbow dysplasia and tendon issues in the shoulders. He's not a puppy playing with the bed, he's gentle and struggling a little.
Horrible Horrible bed! Don't purchase it! Save t yourself! It arrived extremely overpacked with plastic layers , no regards for our planet, straight from China! Cheap stuffing which im not sure is even safe for my pups. The HUGE blanket is tiny and cheaply made. 200$ thrown in garbage! Not what they offered at all! reason for bad reviews could have been due outsourcing orders & delivery to unprofessional middle people wanting to cash in. My 13 year old American Staffordshire 27 kilos fit it perfectly to ease her ageing joints & snuggle for winter.
Follow-up · The Mr Fluffy Friend does indeed retain its shape & has no perceptible odour after 2 months of constant use. My Daisy Dog LOVES it & has spent Winter curled up in it. It surrounds her & she is a large dog, a huge comfort for her. A 2-3 drops of Cedarwood pure essential oil every few days freshens it & it seems not to need cleaning. There may be cheaper copies but Mr F F seems value for your outlay in comparison to them.

but it was not. The plastic was sticky and the pillow was hanging out of plastic everywhere. Not to mention, it had no kind of tags identifying it as to what it is, no literature about product and no packing slip. The pillow had a strong chemical order that made my entire living room stink. The pillow was smaller then the image they post on their website and it is very thin. My dog may as well be laying on the floor! You can purchase a better, cheaper pillow at your local pet store!
