Delicious and fresh water with no added fluoride. Been drinking it since before the name change when it was Tasmanian mountain water. Cannot drink that chemical wasteland called tap water anymore. Show details

The contamination coming from this water is beyond the joke. We’ve found parasites before in this water and now this. Cheap for a reason. Pains in the gut and diarrhoea. What are the hidden symptoms that this water has caused? Show details
I just so happen to open a box ( I buy 4 per week) and I see something(s) floating in the water that me and my 8yr son already drank 85% of...sad thing is I've been buying this water for a couple of yrs or so and trusted them as a safe alternative to other brands....p*ssed off Show details

It never used be like this, but 3 boxes we purchased on 06/ 2026 (best before 15/06/ 2028), has something inside water. We didn't realised this happen as we keep used tumbler, then when I tried to use glass....I found something. I opened the box to check... we found this disgusting stuff.. We both had headache and stomache these days, we didn't… Read more

Caused the family and young children upset stomachs and other issues. After a visit to the doctors we went looking for the cause and unpacked our Ossa boxes. Seems to be bacteria and mould swirling in the remaining 3 boxes. Used to purchase weekly. Show details
OMG. My family have been buying this for some time now IN BULK due to the cheap price. However, today we discovered 4 boxes FILLED with a slimy white substance floating around. It was horrific. Show details

Have been purchasing these for a few weeks now but tonight poured a glass which was full of white floating matter. Opened the box to check the bladder and it’s also full of the white floating matter. Opened two other boxes that had not been used. Not as bad but still have the white matter. All boxes have best before 15/6/2028. All purchased from the same Woolworths in Qld.
Absolutely disgusting - has a bunch of gross, slimey white stuff floating in it? I feel sick that I’ve had two cups before noticing.. never again, there was so much in the glass Show details
Hi I’m a little worried about what I found in your boxed water, I’ve been buying this from Woolies for several months now and have noticed a taste in the water, it’s hard to describe. A very very subtle copper/detergent/sweet mix taste which we’ve gotten used to now but have noticed these particles which we thought was maybe from the bottle we… Read more
dispense the water to so I dispensed the water into a cup and even more came out.
Appreciate the feedback, other than that price is okay and packaging definitely needs to be more sturdy. It’s not rocket science guys. 9/10 visits to Woolies to restock I see half of the boxes ripped or broken leaving the bladder exposed.
Update: it’s been 3 months and no response from the company.

Been buying this water weekly and was fine until last night when I went to fill my daughter's drink and noticed a bunch of weird stuff floating in the water. Tried to contact the company but instead found this website and saw multiple people having the same issue. Disgusting. Don't know what it is. Won't be buying again. *** Have sent an email… Read more
over a week ago to complain. No one has bothered to reach out to me. Mt Ossa only asking people to email them to make it seem like they care. They don't. Haven't even bothered to email me. Never will buy them again and I'll be posting in multiple places to let others know.
Have been buying this water for over a year. Have found cloudy matter in my water. Probably mould/bacteria. Have drunk a whole carton, other carton full of it. Disappointed and really want to know exactly what this is and what we have consumed.
I was so disheartened seeing all of these terrible reviews- my last box of water and the 2 I have unopened are full of these floating mould patches. Thank God my daughter noticed them in her cup last night- I had been drinking it all day! I still feel sick. I was really hoping there would be nothing but good reviews on here ☹️ We take each bag… Read more
out and drain it totally before throwing them out - this has definitely NOT been the case anytime before June 2026! There was NONE of this before June. Very sad to have to stop buying this water ☹️☹️☹️

I was delighted to find affordable pure spring water that’s Australia . In on a budget and want my family to about chemicals always . I think it taste lovely and fresh. Not like tap water at all , no chlorine smell. I had a gravity fit ceramic water filter for 18 years and then it broke. I have drunk nothing but filtered water of high-quality with… Read more
the minerals kept in it. I know the taste . I would love to know the exact mineral content for Newcastle New South Wales region. Also is there any trace of micro plastic or forever chemicals . I assume not but I’d love confirmation. I’d also love be a more sturdy packaging . Near the end of the bladder the box gets wet and splits and hard to carry from the supermarket . And transported definitely doesn’t get exposed to sun. I don’t want any of the plastic to be affected by high temperatures. Thankyou
Thank you Ossa for changing the plastic inside to Foil and putting a handle on the box to carry,so much easier to lift. I really appreciate those changes. The water is fine to drink as well. Show details
Multiple boxes, all in date, all have mold Screenshots of video attached anyone doubting Ill happily link the full video.
Hi Travis, could you provide date and time so we can check our records from production.

We have been buying that water since a while and the taste of the last box we opened was horrific. Like something extremely sweet and smelling like vanilla. My partner and I stopped drinking it after a day. Show details
Follow-up · The temperature was the same as usual and the packaging was intact. We bought it at Woolies a few days before opening it, during our weekly shopping. We had a similar problem with another box the following week, after a new purchase so we decided to stop buying this brand.

I got this water cause it looked like recycled cardboard so it appealed to me. I opened it and tried the water. It tastes really really bad . I mean sewage bad. The taste made me feel really unwell. I hope I dont become unwell. A sip was enough. Its 10 litres here . Im taking it back to woolies. Never again. Show details
Follow-up · I got no response from company. And no the packaging does not keep water fresh.

I have had this delivered three times and waiting for the fourth delivery I found the packaging more than adequate and the taste was very good The tap can be a tad annoying to get into place I am ditching the Brita filtered water for this The price is amazing considering the Spring water quality I tried this because it is from Tasmania Show details
ossa water taste great after other supermarkets raised their brand water up 2 dollars i found ossa water and found the cleanest tasting water in its price range i calculated the price to litres and compared it to delivered water to homes and it came out the cheapest water i could find in Australia with the cleanest taste Show details · 1
I recently discovered Mt Ossa spring water and was initially drawn to it by its packaging and great price, as well as the fact its an Australian product. I purchased it to take on a camping trip and found it to be pleasant tasting, the tap is easy to use and doesn’t leak, and I love that there is much less wastage than bottled water in plastic bottles. Very happy with the product and would happily recommend it. Show details · 1

TASTES LIKE CHEMICALS/PLASTIC – I'm quite concerned that it has left a chemical-like aftertaste, and it's still there more than an hour later. Your packaging is also misleading. Please do better and switch from plastic packaging to aluminium. I'm quite disgusted by the lack of care and thought that appears to have gone into this product. I will not buy this again and have had to throw it out.

Dear Mt Ossa we love the water. It's pure & always clean so not problem with that. My issue is with the packaging. We have found the 'tap' drips for some time after being opened. Difficult to open as not enough space between markers to easily break to unlock around & above the tap area. Lucky I have false nails that usually work otherwise need… Read more
a spoon or knife! Latest issue has been for past couple of months that although plenty of glue to secure the top of the carton there is definitely not enough on the bottom. Therefore the bladder often falls out either in store at Woolworths or between checkout & car and then getting inside at home. We have had to save a couple of old boxes to use otherwise they need to be taped up securely underneath. Keep up the good work & let me know if you will be changing your processes.
Bought a few boxes several months ago and the taste was horrific. An extremely strong chemical smell and taste similar to citronella or bug spray. Which I believe made me unwell at the time. Judging by similar reviews from other consumers, this is an ongoing issue. I’m shocked that this is being sold at mainstream supermarkets when it is not fit for human consumption.

I recently purchased Ossa water while it was on special at Woolworths. However, I’ve encountered a couple of issues with the packaging. The blue dye from the box has stained my benchtop, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, the water spout continues to drip after use, causing further inconvenience. I wanted to raise this feedback as the product itself is good, but the packaging has been problematic. Show details

I have been buying this water for ages but the last 2 boxes i purchased taste absolutely horrendous. They were undrinkable to the point i threw it all down the sink. It was that bad. I thought maybe it was my glass but i tried several and they were all the same. Not sure what has gone wrong but its put me off enough not to purchase it again which is a shame. Show details
I have been buying Mt Ossa since it came on the market. Perfectly fine drinking water. In regards to this waters taste I think it is the individuals taste buds not the water. It's like people who say coriander tastes like soap yet to me it tastes like coriander. Remember peeps not everyones taste is the same. If you don't like the taste don't buy… Read more · 1
it again. But by the same token there is no need to rubbish a product because it doesn't suit your taste. Having said that there is also no need for exaggeration or nastiness. I love it. I find it has no smell and tastes like it should. It suits my taste. Supporting Aussie business is important for the country. No-one can please all the people all the time. A handle would be good for carrying though. Keep up the good work guys. Kind regards. Kate.
This is my first time I purchased this water. The printing on the package specifies that it is BPA free, which is fine and there is no added fluoride. Does that mean there's no fluoride in it at all, or is there, because it doesn't claim to be "free of fluoride" I also wonder if this water is from a running stream/spring then what kind of process… Read more
is used to filter it and what is added in the water to prevent it from going green/algae? A lot of people read the word "spring" and they believe that the water is spring water when they don't realise that a "TAP" is also a spring.

I have been buying Mt Ossa Natural Spring Water for quite a while now. No problems with the quality, which is a huge improvement on what's available out of the kitchen tap. The only problem I have is my two local Woolies has been sold out of Mt Ossa for weeks. Hopefully by tomorrow's shop they have had a chance to restock. Show details · 1
Just purchased 2x 10 litre boxes and decanted into my empty chilled water cooler bottle. So happy I made the switch from Woolies bottled spring water. Less waste packaging and a better overall experience. The taste is what one would expect it to be coming from a pristine environment like tassie . Show details
