Harvey Norman did a great sales pitch on this when we bought the hob and oven. I had misgivings about the slide and hide feature as reckoned it would not last mechanically (it just failed and the whole thing just fell apart) and would deposit food scraps inside the cabinetry (it did). The seals have failed and it seems to always need to have the Ecoclean function performed.
Tried to pull the door off to clean the glass a few years back which required a Neff service to refit the door to the hinges.
Very disappointing experience for a high end appliance on top of the Neff Dishwasher Stainless surface which is heavily corroded and we don’t live near the ocean.

Bulb cover replacement tool not available for this model – Oven is ok however however we are now cooking without a light in the oven as an oven light cover replacement tool is unavailable for this model. I'm astounded that the only way to have the light replaced is to pay for a service.

Learning to love this oven – Oven is steamy. Veggies never crisp. When I open the door intense shot of steam. Takes longer to cook than recipe suggests. Uneven cooking. Will see how I go after Neff cooking lessons.

Hate the accessories – I actually purchased a BF47FS36NOB, also purchased the comfort rail recommended on the website. It does not fit! I got it from E&S trading, took it to them also they could also NOT get it to fit. Update: Neff got back, admitted mistake and will change web page, also offered a solution...updates will follow but I have to say that the person I dealt with is one I would offer a job to in a flash...

Cleaning aspect lets it down! – At the time of purchasing, our oven came with some telescopic shelves as a special promotion.When we got the reminder (on the oven display) that it was time to clean the oven we decided to use the opportunity to change the shelving over. It was an impossibility! Attempting to replace the side racks was incredibly fiddly. We are left with a lot of scratching on the surface of the side walls - caused by the rack touching the side walls. Eventually we gave up trying to install the telescopic shelves and returned to the basic shelves which came with the oven. But these also were extremely difficult to install! Having previously had a Neff oven which had a simple screw to secure and release the side racks, I think this new method is a huge backward step. In fact, I would not attempt to remove them again. Luckily, being vegetarian, we don't have fatty roasts to soil the oven and it is pretty easy to keep clean. However, when the oven tells you that you must clean the oven, you don't disobey! Unfortunately, I think the cleaning system does not work. In any event it is inferior to my old Neff (which required some detergent and water in the base of the oven when doing the cleaning cycle.).
On the positive side, the oven heats much more quickly than the old Neff. Another big improvement is that it cooks multiple layers evenly.

Quick update - after calling Neff and finding a technician would be a week away and no idea of cost to repair, we replaced it with a Westinghouse as it seemed crazy to waste good money on top of bad. Only good thing is it didn't hurt my daughter's foot when the door collapsed onto our kitchen floor.
