I purchased 2 Nere Venture suitcases based on reviews and the ease of the dual opening. Our very first flight one of the zipper slides has sheared off the suitcase. Photo attached. We were very lucky the rest of the zipper didn't detach and let all my belongings out. Now we are stuck overseas having to buy a brand new suitcase again since this one can't zip up and lock. What a waste of money.
