Love it!! – Perfect in every way and so much better than exercising outside, no bumby or wobbly footpath. Used daily for last 3 years by the whole family. Amazing value, so many options. Show details

Fantastic! Great for sore knees – It has great cushioning and lots of accessories. A strong sturdy treadmill. Love the ifit, it also folds up for easy storage. A little noisy but overall, I'm very happy.

Poor warranty arrangement – We got Nordic T17 version for just more than a year. We had service guy came to replace the spring joint due to the faulty design/material. We had to pay for $150 for the call out fee for that service (the part is under warranty). Now the motor is not working so we have to call the service company again. The problem with Nordic is they… Read more

don't have a service team so we have to pay for the $150 call out fee to Nordic authorized subcontractor to assess the faulty product and extra $$$ or more when replacement arrive for fitting.

I expect Nordic take reasonable responsibilities to take back their faulty products and cover the costs during the whole process.

so WATCH OUT for the call out fee even they say the motor and body frame are part of the 10 years warranty!

NOTE: Rebel web site rejected my chance to post my comment on Nordic because my review did not meet their guidelines. I guess they are only want you to see positive comments with 4-5 stars.

quite a few issues – Have owned this for 10 months. The terrible squeak started in the fist week however just needs the mounting a pivot bolts tightened on a regular basis. At the moment awaiting a repair man as it feels and sounds like the bearings in the rear roller have failed. Oil leak from the worm drive that raises the incline of the deck and the MP3 socket is… Read more

kaput. Although the treadmill is used almost daily and has had a bit of a flogging, for the price

it is a bit disapointing. When it is all working well it is nice to run on it has a huge deck and nice cushioning. If you are going to do a lot of running it might be bettrr to buy a commercial machine.

The noisiest treadmill I've ever heard - someone please get rid of the squeak! – This unfortunately is the worst purchase I have ever made. For a $3000 treadmill, it's a lemon. I've had my treadmill approx. three months and I hate using it. I bought it to walk very early in the mornings but the machine makes so much noise I am reluctant to use it and don't use it often enough because I am scared I will wake up the… Read more

neighbors. I've had the repair people out twice (first time to replace the motor and drive belt) the second for the squeaks. It is fixed or about a week and then the squeak comes back even worse than before. I will get them out again and then that's it - I will be sending it back. Do yourself a favor - steer clear of this treadmill.

What's wrong with you – A month after purchasing this item, a minor noise noticed from the springs but this annoying noise also came from somewhere around motor. I tried to fix this issue but it's still there. I contacted to Icon customer many times but they only put me through their contract technicians. They visited once only and said "the machine is poorly designed"… Read more

so "there is nothing else they can do"....Then, what should I do? I paid for this bloody item about $1,500 and it's been used for 2 months so far....I feel like they are playing with me...I want to get refund but the place where I bought told me that Icon would fix this up for me....I am totally stressed out and am tired to continue this ongoing issue with Icon company.. I don't recommend this machine for others..

poor customer service from icon.

Fantastic Treadmill ! – I just got my Giant Baby Nordie T14.2 machine! The machine is massive but this is definitely expected for a wider and longer running deck. You really need a heavy footing to make the whole set-up stable. Its very heavy and challenging to move, but we used a cute platform trolley I bought from the Big Green for $23 to assist me, my wife and 2… Read more

little kids in moving it from the garage then through the side gate, across the lawn and finally to the living room via the patio entry! We decided not to use the front door since we need to tilt it and we may scratch our newly painted wall.

Assembly instruction is pretty straighforward and easy. Yes, definitely you need an assistant to hold the console while you fit the screws in. I only needed my year 7 child when I attached the console...for the rest of the assembly, I did it myself. I completed the assembly within 2.5hrs. This includes unpacking the huge monster and getting rid of the rubbish afterwards.

Once assembled, very easy to move around.

My goodness. This is definitely a good value for my money. Got this at $1499 from Justfitness.com in their Click N Frenzy 24hr sales last 20 Nov 2013.

Mine is not noisy as I feared in other reviews...sound is pretty normal for a 3 Horse Power machine. Incline movements are flawless...and yes Im addicted to running now.

Fantastico.

I love this machine. Im still waiting for my IFIT Live Module. I got it from Amazon @ $99 + delivery fee of $15 (from Proform America). Its massive savings compared to buying it here in Perth or anywhere in Australia at $200! Rip off.

Will update this review once I get my IFIT installed. Value for money. Durable built. Very Stable. Flawless finish. State of the art. Nothing for me. Caveat : if you have a small space then this is not for you. This is massive!

Good treadmill for me – I was an outdoor runner, but my knees have given up on me. I was looking for a treadmill to help me continue to jog inside and one with soft suspension was vital. The T14.2 was recommended to me by a fellow runner and she said it would be kind to my knees. The suspension is comfortable and has great give. This treadmill has a large running area… Read more

(about 1.5 meters long) and a very fast top speed, but I usually jog around 6km/h. Quick speed keys make it very simple to use (I just hit 6km/h button). Comfortable suspension, good running area, strong motor Assembly was a little tricky, but I was able to follow the manual easily enough

Would not recommend! – I thought for the money paid would be happy with item. Unfortunately not the case. walking deck seems short and had to change stride to avoid blisters and front and side handles way too low. Sore Back now great for fitness!! Waste of money back to the gym for me!! the fan and the incline front handle way too low,
