Sometimes when you buy a new product you tremble in your boots. You ask yourself, will it do the job or make a terrible mess of your leather furniture, for which it's impossible to replace. And if the products comes from Bunnings – look out!! Well, we have some top quality leather chairs that have been in the family for 100 years. About 10 years ago my local upholstery man recovered these chairs with high quality leather imported from Scotland, where there are no barbwire fences, so the hides are perfect.
Over the years, I have tried various leather cleaners and conditioners. Some simply terrible.
But the other day I took the plunge and bought OAKWOOD Deep Clean Soap and their leather conditioner.
Oh my god, this product is magic.
I have just finished cleaning and conditioning the chairs and they look like they have just come out of the showroom.
The leather is soft and not greasy – like some products.
I am so impressed with the results that tomorrow I am going to do the top-quality leather seats in our cars.
