schoolmate between 20-30 minutes late and was denied entry. The instructor wouldn't even listen to them and wouldn't look at the phone my son presented to them to prove the trains were late. contacted the office and demanded a refund because him being late was through no fault of his own. they refused it and said the instructor is allowed to deny attendees at his own discretion. I was absolutely blown away by that. this is NOT a free service. you have no right to do that and especially to 2 16 year old students who paid the fee to attend. Who gives you that right? and on top of that its a 7 hour course. 20-30m late wouldn't have done any damage at all. why should my kid and his school friend pay the price for something they had no control over? he even went early by 30 minutes to account for anything that can happen on the way, but 30 minutes wasn't enough sadly. I told them i will take this further . They are thieves. They took money from 2 16 YO kids who worked hard to save for the fees and were robbed of it. Find an alternative company . They don't deserve to be paid. I will take this matter further. i cant sit still and let this happen to a bunch of innocent kids.

Terrible company. Paid for the course, was online 15 mins prior to start time. Waited online for 90 mins no one joined me. Rang office told me to wait for another hour. Did that no one joined. Asked for a refund and was denied saying I didn’t join in time. Lost 2 hours and over $100 They then tell me to rebook for next week. Absolute scammers

Iam appalled by the unprofessionalism of Origin Institute. They canceled my class the evening before it was due to start. Then, they rescheduled it to a location that is completely inaccessible to me,

everything again. Other companies are more flexible and don't require any preparatory online courses. I strongly advise against booking with Origin Institute.

poor—emails either went unanswered or came back with generic replies that didn’t address the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company is quick to take your money but drags its feet when it comes to doing the right thing. Customer service should be about resolving problems, not avoiding them. I wouldn’t recommend this business based on my experience. If something goes wrong, don’t expect it to be handled fairly or efficiently.

Do not believe the reviews on here , not a good company , scammers only seeking your money . Read the real reviews all of them complain about excessive fees unfair payment booking conditions.

initial payment, and even after I asked for a refund, they refused to return my money. This situation caused me to miss a job opportunity because I needed the White Card for that position.

I am really unhappy with their poor customer service, lack of clarity, and unfair treatment. I would not recommend this institute to anyone.

One star is too many. All based in Asia no Australian people to talk too. They will not let you talk to management. Read the fine print cause they have it so no refund if you cancel. Very typical style Asian service set up to take your money.
