I purchased this based on AI research for treatment for severe congestion from sinusitis. I squirted one spray into each nostril and within less than an hour I had relief. I expected to have to reapply 8-9 hours later, but it’s the next morning and my sinuses are still clear and I’ve not had to use any more. Do follow the instructions and don’t use for more than 3 days.
Don't bother – Chronic hay fever sufferer here. I like to mix up the brands so my body doesn't become immune. This is by far the worst product (for myself) that I have used. I actually questioned whether it was sterile water that I was shoving up my nose lol. I honestly have nothing kind to say about this product so I will leave with 'save your money'!
