Panasonic KX-TGD322ALB

Great phone. Does just what it says on the box – Good: - Excellent range works right around our property, inside and out. Much better than our old Uniden Elite 9035 which sometimes struggled in distant rooms. - Good voice clarity. - All buttons are backlit. - Screen is clear to read. - Phonebook and incoming call history automatically syncs between handsets. - Easy to use - you can pick it up and use it without fighting it or reading the manual. - Uses standard AAA NiMH batteries so easy to replace when they wear out. - Simple, clean design doesn't look too tacky.
Nitpicks: - Phonebook menu is just ever so slightly laggy to scroll through, but not so bad to be frustrating. I assume this is due to it syncing with the base unit as opposed to being stored only on each handset. - Silly silver paint trim around the edges. This doesn't age well and will likely wear off in no time.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $133.
Phones OK, but Panasonic are misleading imho ! – I was really torn when looking to update our home phones - had it down to Choice Magazine's best two rated models: Uniden 8355+1 or Panasonic KX-TGD324ALB. After going to Panasonic's website and entering the model number, I was eventually swayed by their "key finder" - which appeared for all money to be inclusions. At no point on the website did I find any mention that NONE were included (despite the suggestions of the images) - so went that way.
After opening, reading and installing the phones I followed the Owner's Manual and called Panasonic for the key finders, only to be told there are NONE INCLUDED. Despite agreeing that the images are suggestive that they are included (ie MISLEADING) ... no dice !
Quite simply, I just don't think they can be trusted !
