Inaccurate advice about documentary requirements ended up costing us a significant amount of money when the application failed to clear the first hurdle despite being explicitly requested to confirm the issue. No follow up, no apology.

The process was horrendous and not worth the time spent in the end! Certainly don't work casually as a nurse and change jobs after 5 years! Common sense is not very common! I am surprised they can turn the lights off and on!

Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and key details were mishandled, which undermined my confidence in the service provided. A broker is expected to offer expertise, accuracy, and reliable guidance — unfortunately, these expectations were not met in my experience. Based on the issues encountered, I would not recommend this broker to anyone seeking a transparent, competent, and dependable car loan service.
