The online application process was easy and I had access to a customer support person if I had questions. When the team had problems opening a document I uploaded, Karishma was in contact to offer support and alternate ways of getting the document to them. The whole process was simple.

Service was quick and easy the only difficulty we faced was the customer service consultant had poor English and strong accent making communication a little difficult at times but we persevered and made it in the end

Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and key details were mishandled, which undermined my confidence in the service provided. A broker is expected to offer expertise, accuracy, and reliable guidance — unfortunately, these expectations were not met in my experience. Based on the issues encountered, I would not recommend this broker to anyone seeking a transparent, competent, and dependable car loan service.
