Replacement cuttters for Philips 3000 series – Replacement cutters made in China do not last long: maybe a month or two at best. The ones made in the Netherland ar far superior. Although it says on the box (Netherlands), that the cutters should be replaced every 2 years, it does not mean thay are doing a good job cutting for that length of time. As they wear, there is a tendency to push harder to get a good result. This could cause you to get a rash and take longer to shave. In my experience the cutters should be changed every 12 monnths depending on your type of beard. I would assess myself as having medium growth and density.
