I purchased this pump from eBay in September of last year and it has worked perfectly for this period, today it stopped pumping water. I put a smaller spare pump on so that I had water to the house but it is inadequate to do the job but will do for now. I pulled the pressure controller off and just connected the pump and the motor ran but would not pump water. I removed the housing, and the plastic impeller has broken. Very disappointing to only get this amount of life out of it. I have contacted the firm who supplied it but I am not hopeful after seeing the other reviews. Again I want to state that this pump worked like a dream but I won’t be replacing it with the same type of pump. I just want to add to this review to say that this firm have reached out and a doing everything possible to help. I will make further comments on the progress. I am impressed with There service I said that I would update and I am very pleased to say that this firm has been fantastic in solving my issues. Sure, there was a process but they helped me through it all the way and I will be amending my rating to.5 stars. I have read that people were unhappy to go through the process but if I can at age 74, then you can too.
