I bought in reliance on promotion of $100 gift card. Warranty and gift card application made 10/05/2026, confirmation of successful warranty submission received, no rejection notice for gift card application, promotion finalised, made enquiry where is my gift card which was supposed to be in early August, unreasoned final-position letter 28/08/2026 telling me I can contact ACCC, actual reason for refusal then given by telephone only after asking that I uploaded wrong document, although they had and confirmed to me the required details, cure refused. Is this good customer service?

Purchased in at NSW CPAP.

After being diagnosed with Mild Sleep Apnoea I looked at which CPAP machines were on the market through Australian companies and Resmed was it. The Airsense 11 seemed good and my wife (who also has severe sleep apnoea) also had one already so it seemed to make sense that I'd get the same one. The machine comes in a great bag that makes it easy to carry from one place to another and easy to set up, taking just minutes. The machine has an easy interface and isn't complicated to use. It also has 4G phone connection so it uploads your data quickly and efficiently from almost anywhere so long as it gets a mobile signal. I use the Resmed N30i Nose cushion mask and this is incredibly comfortable. The cushions work well with my beard and I get a very good seal every night. The hose inputs from the top of the mask (top of the head) which means no hose to get in the way when turning at night. On breathing through the mask the Airsense 11 immediately goes to work and provides a good constant pressure all night, working so quietly you hardly know it's working. I often go camping in my motorcycle and take the Airsense 11 with me in my tent. Powered by an iTechworld PS300 power supply (see my separate review of the PS300) and with the humidifier and tube heater turned off, I can get 8 hours with the Airsense 11 in my tent and still have 40% of the battery left. The Airsense 11 works well with my camping. My sleep stats are uploaded onto an app on my phone which makes it easy to monitor how you slept and what the machine is doing for you. In short, it has changed my life. I get much better sleep, I no longer feel bad in the morning and it stops me snoring! If you're in the market for a CPAP then I highly recommend the Airsense 11 and the N30i mask.
