Rimmel Lasting Finish Primer

This primer initially provides a smooth layer before putting on foundation. However, the smooth silkiness only lasts about 30 seconds before drying to a sticky layer which actually grabs at the foundation and makes the foundation more difficult to apply than without any primer. I won’t be buying again.

Best product for all budgets – Just as good as other brands. No make-up needed. Highly satisfied. I dont need foundation.

Does not live up to the hype! – I was really excited to try this primer. It is quite thick so you will get great pore coverage under your foundation but that is where the positive ends. My make-up (not heavy) looked like a creased/cracked mess that was sliding off in places after only a few hours. I had cracks in my make-up where I normally don't have cracks! It also highlighted the creases under my eyes more than any primer I have used.

I have combination skin, not overly oily so this was really disappointing. Rimmel normally gets it right on so many products but this one didn't work for me. I tried this three times but now it is going in the bin.
