them another month to send them, but part of my order was still missing and unless I contacted them every week, they would not send me any update. Every time I contacted they would say that they would send the items in 2 weeks, but it was much longer. We finally received every thing we paid for in July. 2- don’t mind paying A$170 of bank fees that is not disclosed when you pay for it. It is an Australian website and the charges appeared in Australian dollars but for my surprise a few days later I got charged this fee that according to ritkeep it has not to do with them. I do understand that banks charge fees, I just would like to be notified that they charged the amount outside Australia. It would give me the option to budget for it and even use another card to avoid the charge. Nowhere on the website mentions that the amount is charges in another currency. I would expect to pay a fee if I bought from an international website. They offered me a couple of item as compensation, but guess what, they never arrived. When I asked them about the compensation they simply stopped replying the messages. When they offered it they tried to coerce me to give them a good review, so I should’ve expected not to receive the compensation. The machine itself seems to be good, we haven’t been using it for a long time as we basically just got all the parts we ordered, but customer service couldn’t be worse.

The PMax 5600 is exceptionally sturdy during use, even when performing heavier exercises on the Smith machine, cable system, and pull-up station. There is very little movement or flex in the frame, which provides confidence and stability when training alone.

I was able to assemble it without any help. An important note though, make sure you have a impact driver and a ratchet socket as doing it manually can be difficult and take double the amount of time than using a driver.

around for a good price and during AusDay sales was a great opportunity. Around the $2800 including a bench, I was a bit too excited I forgot to add the Olympic weights. But fb marketplace has some pretty good deals for extra weights anyway so I didn’t lose out here.
As for the construction of the system, it’s no joke. If you don’t own a ratchet gun for the bolts be prepared to do a forearm workout with the little spanners they provide. It’s doable to construct by yourself I had to do it with a sleeping newborn, just follow the instructions and you’ll be all good. The only iffy bit for me is, I’m not entirely convinced the weights are accurate with the pulley system I don’t think I am that strong and the stickers they provide make me believe I can Lat pulldown 72.5kg with ease.

doing alone would be very difficult- a lot of holding pieces in the air whilst buddy screws them together. When done- amazing- be also advised that when you go to install the bar between its holders- the instruction booklet s WRONG- you need to do one side, bar in then other side whilst keeping all screws really loose - no other way to get it in. I had luckily watched a youtube video who pointed this out. No regrets here - message them on whatsapp for any extra discounts they might do (hint) EDIT.. received credit card statement and even though quoted and paid in aud they have charged in usd equivalent meaning I've had to pay a bank transaction fee of approx $100 aud.
