The Russell Hobbs Easy Store Pro Steamer – The Russell Hobbs Easy Store Pro Steamer is neat and easy for storage - simply fold the steamer in half, wrap the cord around the base then clip it neatly into place, and voila! While the storage component of this steamer is great, unfortunately, its output and delivery to steam were below average. I really wanted to love this product, but I found it difficult to use with very limited instructions. When first removed from the packaging, it was stuck in the downward position and I was worried I would break it by snapping it open. On first use, the steamer burnt my hand when trying to hold it against thicker fabric (linen blend) and it dripped water from use. The manual stated this can occur, but I was attempting to steam linen and cotton clothes, which I found did not work. The steamer did work great however on the softer fabrics like chiffon, satin, polyester, and georgette. It took a few go's to figure out but once I did, it was a good little steamer. The configuration lets it down.
