hopeless, the device just wouldn't connect to a network in Australia and Japan which was where we were travelling to. They assured me that it would work in Japan but never did, Tokyo and Osaka and surrounds. In the end they refunded my payment. So I thought it was either a faulty device or faulty sim card. Whilst on our Japan holiday I reverted back to my old Muama Ryoko which worked fine. We are now going overseas again to UK and Portugal and decided to buy another device with the same offer, 6 months unlimited data. Received it yesterday and sure enough it does not work. Decided to try the device with the sim card out of my iPhone and the device worked straight away. Switched back to the Aviaoto sim card and didn't work again. Money wasted.

I am very happy to have this device, however it is slow to connect at times. It does not download very fast at times. It has to be reset periodically. It does not stream music or tv very fast at times. When I make the payment for the month of unlimited data after a few days it slows down. Show details

I already received my gift. Sorry to say the box is not for pro. I asked to have my Pro fixed or replaced because the battery while full and turned off discharged to zero in just a few days. I did not receive a response from the company. Show details ·  1

After a few hardware issues that were resolved by a swift replacement I am reasonably happy with the service although I don't agree much on the fair use policy if it's about to be throttled back a bit of prewarning would help Show details ·  1

I got your Wi-Fi because I live on a semi truck and travel across the country. Often times in areas look very questionless. I was disappointed because your Wi-Fi also did not give me proper Internet coverage. Show details

You can't use it on any of TV programs as tells you your out side the country signal slowing getting worst in the places it did work most I get know is one or two bars Show details

The battery dies at 50%. The unit loses Internet connection at random times which is usually when I am working on something important. Customer service is quite efficient at saying they are sorry but very poor when it comes to fixing the problem. I have been waiting for three weeks with no resolution or response from them. I'm so happy that I was able to get this device.It comes in handy when there's no active wifi.My grandchildren loves it for our road trips.The Ryoko makes our car rides (short/long distance) so much more pleasant. This device does exactly what it claims to do. We have used it in areas where we know there is usually no WiFi and we have received a great service. The device is well made, perfectly packaged and 2 months in is exceeding our expectations. Excellent product. Show details ·  1

Really pleased with this product its easy to set up and the size of it makes it perfect to take with you anywhere. I've tried others before but this is the best. I use it when travelling and staying at Skegness where internet reception is usually quite poor but not now I have Ryoko. Show details ·  1

I am very happy with my Ryoko Pro. The connectivity of the modem to my devices is excellent and I have never reset the modem due to dropouts. The setup was easy and simple. I am very satisfied so far. Show details ·  1

The Ryoko is performing perfectly. The Wi-Fi signal is staying strong and picking up the strongest signals wherever I go. I do wish it had a longer battery life, if you will. Overall, a great modem/router device. Show details ·  1

Ryoko Pro has been a good send, I have been having trouble with my broadband, fault in the cable so internet was intermittent, then I bought Ryoko Pro and within minutes I was back working without any problem, Ryoko is really easy to setup and use, Thank You. Show details ·  1

When the power goes out and disconnects me from my other source of internet connection, I have the Ryoko Pro for a backup. Also works when we travel out of my home area. This is my second Ryoko because of satisfaction with an older model. Yes, really like the way the new one works...much better! Show reply

I have previously written a very positive review for simplicity of operation from the initial startup, and realize that for the travel that I do and different settings I find myself in it is perfect for phone, laptop, etc. Not strong enough to give quality to my smart Roku TV at this writing. I really like my router..id recommend it to anyone who has issues with the big Internet companies,or just want to make sure you've always have Internet.. I am waiting to see what happens when my 6 months subscription runs out..but until then I'm pleased.Was easy to setup..make sure to download the instructions if you have a problem.. understand that I had to scan the green square with my phone.. I'm not that smart(haha)...my fault not Ryoko s... I don't get very many dropouts...my fault again...check the battery status...and I shut it off when 5 go to bed to make sure it stays charged overnight.sorry no video.
