Terrible Japanese TV – This is a software based Android TV that uses the Satpro software based on some open source application. The Japanese TV channels do not work. They cannot play TV for more than a few seconds. We have no bandwidth issues at home and have a 100/40 NBN service that streams 4K regularly. Have tried multiple configurations with wired and wireless and it is simply not functional.

Don't bother! Absolute Ribbish – I bought the satpro box for my elderly parents and it has not worked for them. Glitchy, stops and starts, jumps to another part of program so it doesnt make sense. Have advised Satpro several times and gotten nowhere.

Rai Italia has never worked, Satpro have ripped off a 90-year-old lady $299 – I just want to make sure other people aware of this company Satpro and before they go ahead and buy anything from them, I would advise going elsewhere as they are genuinely nice at the start to make a sale then they stop taking your calls and put the blame on Rai saying the issue is on their side. I called up Satpro and spoke to [Name Removed] and I said my mother wants to watch Rai Italia it is the only thing she watches and I can see it on your website http://www.satpro.com.au/index.php/italian-iptv/ that all the Rai stations are available through your Satpro IPTV box. Satpro said oh yes Rai works really well we have many customers that use this IPTV box for Rai and no one has complained, this is a lie as you can see other posts also saying the same thing. I ordered the box for my 90-year-old mother and paid $299 and guess what Rai has never worked from day 1 and is still not working after 3 months, Satpro said to me don’t worry it eventually will come good the issue is with Rai Italia. I’m still waiting for any of the Rai stations to work, none of them work. Rai 1 no sound Rai 2 freezes after 20 seconds Rai Premium and Rai Movie displays no picture We would be happy if just Rai1 worked as my mother only watches Rai 1.

SatPro says the box works well it's Rai that doesn’t work. I specifically told this guy [Name Removed] at Satpro my mother only wants to watch Rai and as this does not work can my mother return the box please – no we don’t offer returns as the box is working per normal – where is the box working per normal if we can’t watch Rai. They have ripped off my poor 90-year-old mother who is now distraught as she spent $299 for nothing. I would advise not to buy anything from this company Satpro they will lie to you just to get your business than they stop taking your calls and don’t offer any support, I called Satpro a few times and he always blamed Rai then he stopped taking my calls, but when I called from another number he would pick up – really great customer service Satpro! I would strongly advise if you would like to watch Rai Italia don’t use this company as it doesn’t work on their IPTV box and instead go elsewhere who are legitimate and won’t rip of a 90-year-old lady! Try ReelPlay ago in Brunswick, I have a friend that uses it and has had no issues for over a year don't use this company Satpro for their IPTV box, We have wasted our time and money.

Sham business avoid like the plague for iptv italian channels and prob others – I purchased an IPTV box to access Italian TV channels for my mother for $300 on the promise that I would be able to access all RAI national channels (Rai 1 to Rai4), Mediaset, Rai Premium, Rai Movies etc. Satpro lists 26 channels on their website at http://www.satpro.com.au/index.php/italian-iptv/ . Of the 26 channels only 2 channels (RAI1 and RAI news24) 2 actually exist.

This business is a total sham. Located in Queensland. Run by Roy Brown who sells IPTV for Italian channels and other languages. His cheap box is worth $20-$30 which he sells for $300+. He promises access to 50 + Italian channels which are mostly filled with shopping channels, insignificant minor regional channels which broadcast news mainly from RAI1 and lots of radio channels which are pretty useless if you’re after Italian national TV viewing.

On his website he lists 26 Italian channels and we could view only 2 channels being 'RAI 1' and ' RAI NEWS 24'. All prime TV national channels are missing except for RAI 1.

The box is cheap, it has low ram, it takes over 35 seconds + for each channel to connect. You then have to go back to the main screen to select another crap channel to view which takes another 35+ seconds to come up even though we have fast nbn internet speeds of over 35mbps. Many channels froze and buffering was severe even though we have fast NBN internet. It's impossible to sort channels to favorites quickly amongst 50+ channels alphabetically listed which include all the radio channels. To find RAI channels which are towards the bottom and to move these towards the top of the channel selection list requires for 1 channel to be moved 1 channel up at a time. For eg to move RAI1 to the top of the channel list it will take hours and hours to sort and bring towards the top of the list as you have to move it about 30-40 channels up. Navigation of channels to favourite setting is absolutely ridiculous and virtually non existent even though[Name Removed] confirmed that this could be done.

Avoid this business like the plague. There’s better IPTV box solutions out there for Italian channel tv viewing. His iptv product is not fit for purpose. Ie. It doesn't deliver what he claims on his website. You can't get RAI2 to RAI4, RAI PREMIUM, RAI MOVIES etc as they are fictional channels that don't exist on his box. He has refused to refund our money. Silly me for having transferred funds into his bank account instead of paying by Paypal or credit card. Apparently he's had problems with other people requesting refunds in the past. It's no wonder as his IPTV box is total and utter crap! Will have to report him to the Consumer affairs office in Qld and NSW. Avoid this business if you don’t want to be ripped off.
