Massive piece of Schick – I will start by saying a razor is a razor yet this took chunks of skin off and peeled me like a juicy mandarin. Don’t do it, if there’s one bad razor there’s many. I feel like Cartman writing this review but me legs are in ribbons and it’s not even this product. Cause I can’t review the terrible multipack of buffalo bills, skinning us one by one ahhhh Show details

Switched from Gillette – I switched from Gillette following their controversial masculinity toxicity. Found Schick 3 gives me 5 fair shaves but Schick 5 gives me 30 great shaves and best value. Chalk and cheese comparison. Show details

best shave I have had in years – Looking for shaving blades in the supermarket I seen the Schick Hydro 3 out on special, I had brought Schick blades before and said to myself would never ever use that brand again, thinking they should get one blade right before they put out 3, but the price was tempting to give it a try thinking if they are no good I will give them to my wife to… Read more

shave her legs with, so I purchased them. On trying them for the first time the next day I was absolutely amazed, IT WAS THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE SHAVE I have had in years. I am in my sixties so I know about shaving and have tried many brands, I honestly would recommend them to anyone, the blade even last over a week (7 to 8 shaves) and stays as a comfortable shave even when the blade is getting slightly dull, with the other brands you only get 3 to 4 shaves before the blade goes blunt and once blunt they hurt when getting that last shave out of them. I was so amazed, I now, if I see men looking at shaving blades in the supermarket I tell them about my experience and recommend Schick. Well done SCHICK.

Used to be better – I used Hydro 3 for the last few years and upon buying the latest one I will not get them any more. They used to glide smoothly but the last batch was like the blades were all blunt. They grab, dig in and left me bleeding. What happened Shick? Didn't matter if I had stubble or half a week of growth, my face has shaver burn all over. Used 3 of the new blades from the pack and they are all terrible.

Glides all day if you – I use shaving gel and I shave in the shower. I was using a Gillette fusion but when I went to my local IGA they didn't have any refills so I bought this on sale. Glides better than the more expensive Gillette..... go figure? ( This refers to New Improved version with 7 gel reservoir's on the blade head )

Gone downhill – I have used the Schick Hydro 3 razor blades for several years now and they have always given me the best shave. I found that 4 and five blade razors cause too much drag. The new, "improved" Schick Hydro three blades are considerably worse than the original blades and i have now gone to a Gillette 3 blade razor. After shaving with the new Hydro three blades my skin was left irritated and bleeding. Sorry, Schick, but I won't be back.

Design Failure – Not good, not able to get into tight areas such as under the nose and between the ear and the jawline. I likened it to using a floor cleaning head on a vacuum cleaner in order to clean the sofa. The head is too large, the swivel is not needed (I can swivel my hand if I need to). This might be good for those who shave their legs, but for facial… Read more

shaving it's a loser!!

Not a lot of thought gone into this one, now is there??

Why do you need to make it look like a space ship, ( way to bulky )!!

Oh well, off to find another brand, maybe the original safety razors that have been advertised on TV lately or else you can bring back my superceded schick razor.

SAD SAD SAD!

Don't waste your time – The shave you get is very ordinary with this razor. It is an absolute waste of money, no better than a cheap disposable.

No up to its claim – I have used a Mach 3 for years until recently when I decided to purchase a Schick Hydro 3 because of its claim to give a better shave than the Mach 3. How disappointing to say the least. The first shave was OK but I couldnt get a very close shave. I need to shave every day due to my work. By the third day the Schick was ripping my face and cutting… Read more

every time i used it. i replaced the blade only to have the same happen again. i could never get a close shave with the Schick Hydro 3 at all, i am most disappointed. so i purchased a new Mach 3 and problem solved. With the Mach 3 i get a clean close shave with no cuts. i think that i wasted money buying this product, a product that does not live up to its claims. it is no way better, for me i find the Mach 3 is proven to be a vastly superior razor. it looked good false claim. it didnt give a close shave, it ripped the skin after 2 shaves

The handle is rubbish(slippery, too thin) and there is too much movement where the blade connects… Read more
