We just replaced our old Euromaid with Retravision Schweigen Naum 9, cost for the unit was $560, although this is an undermount but the extraction is amazing, I just wished my cook top was 20cm smaller. Even with that in mind, the Naum 9 did a great job, we can physically see the oil been extract into the back of the hood. The unit when operated at max extraction (level 3) we registered 73 dB on our Apple Watch Series 11. At level 1,2 extraction the noise is considerably less. We tried to varied the cooking position on the hot plate and it been impressive; directly above the unit will provide the best extraction. The two LED lights I found could be brighter, but overall I am happy with this hood, 3 years warranty and pricing was a a winner for me. Other may found this unit noisy, but compare to our old unit, this is quieter.

Looks stylish and works well – The full title of this rangehood is Schweigen Rangehood Undermount non silent inbuilt motor and the model is NAUM-6. The title indicates that this rangehood is non silent. Compared to our previous rangehood it is very quiet. There are lots to like about this product: (1) As it is undermount it is almost invisible, just the buttons to turn on the light and to adjust the level of power. (2) Easy to clean, just pop the filters in the dishwasher every three months. (3) Easy to remove and replace the filters. (On our last rangehood it was lot more difficult).
What we didn't like: The charcoal filters were not supplied with the rangehood, and we had to purchase them as an accessory. Not cheap at $90 for two sets and they were out of stock for a few months before we received them.
