Shark StainForce Cordless Stain-Destroying Spot Cleaner HX100

Badly designed and they know it, they even moderated my review on their website just because I mentioned not getting good support for this item, still not been helped even though this junk didnt work out of the box (thinks its full after using it for 10 seconds majority of the time), they asked for a video of it just to complicate things when im 100% sure they know its a problem with this product. This has genuinely turned me off the brand
