I used sistaco and it has destroyed my nails after using only 3 times. I reached out to them and all they wanted was to sell me more products and then ignore my emails.. My nails were strong and healthy prior to use and now short, rip easily and are lifting in some places. Very disappointed Show details

What was even more frustrating was the customer service. I found the responses to be dismissive, misleading, and lacking accountability. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, I felt like my concerns were being brushed aside and explained away.
A company can have product issues from time to time, but how they handle customer concerns is what truly matters. In my experience, Sistaco failed on both fronts. After spending a significant amount of money, I was left with products I was unhappy with and a customer service experience that left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Sistaco again, nor would I recommend their products to others. There are plenty of companies that offer better quality products and far better customer support. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money elsewhere.

community group is fantastic too- there's loads of people ready to help you with an issue or query, and the inspiration you get is mind blowing! The company is outstanding with frequent interaction with the owner, and other Sistaco employees, who also do free online small group tutorials, so you can get the most from your products. You very rarely get this kind of interaction and free live demonstration classes from a company! Also the fact that the mineral bond system is free from lots of the nasty ingredients that are in nail polishes/gel/acrylic nails- ie MOST nail products. This truly is a company that looks after their customers! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- but- it is addictive once you get going!
