Great bed, very comfortable and fun to try all the settings. The mattress firmness can be modified by changing the layers around, but I haven't needed to do that. The long warranty clinched the deal for me.

wanted a demonstration! I through myself on the bed, I was like shoot me now, walking for ages and feeling every step by this point.

I heard about these amazing electric massaging beds but could never afford one as at that time they were expensive.

So i was given the demonstration and after 10mins of being massaged, the bed stopped vibrating and at that moment my body just felt like I was floating on a cloud of fluffy white goodness. I was revitalised, I had a second wind.

I brought that bed there and then, the price was so cheap, like 6k with delivery and instalation. As it was a show price it may now be a little more however, dont let that stop you. This bed gave me a new sleeping pattern, I normally wake up around 3am and feel sore and can't sleep anymore. Since this bed has been installed, I still wake at 3am but im soon asleep again within 10mins. Im feeling so much more energetic in the morning now, so happy with my purchase.

massage controls, a TV bed position and book reading position. There is a neutral lift sleep position, plus a tilt position that does reduce my partners snoring and no partner motion disturbance. Our two singles fitting into our queen bed base keep our room's decor. If needed we can remove the queen timber frame to utilize our Sleeptime Electric Beds part individually. There is a summer and winter ziptop climate control topper to change whenever you feel the need or from summer to winter. These beds are extremely comfortable for young to ageing bodies, great for circulation, and best of all a good night's sleep. Fast delivery and they set everything up. Long excellent warranty. Sleeptime bed is worth every cent! – There was a slight delay in receiving my bed, but staff kept me informed, and it was worth the wait. gravity bed has been a game changer, and a lifesaver for me. It did take me a little while to get used to sleeping on my back, and to find “my” best zero gravity position, but that was kind of fun trying out different settings and now that I have found my perfect one, I have saved it to my number one spot, so I just need to click that when I’m ready to sleep. I occasionally find myself rolling onto my side, but even in a zero gravity position I am able to sleep on my side for a while comfortably. I love the massage function, and find this helps me to relax before trying to get to sleep at night. Overall, absolutely love my sleep time bed.

We love this bed. Feet up. Elevated head sleeping position. Would never have considered this style of bed but so glad we did. The split mattresses are brilliant. I have a softer mattress to Michael. How can this company have a 4.9 star rating? – I don't know how this company has a 4.9 star rating. The customer service is horrendous. Don't expect your calls answered if you have a problem. The office staff are rude and the owner is even worse. They won't refund your money either so he cautious when putting a deposit down on a bed. Terrible customer service. I brought a bed of them when they came to New Zealand. They consultant told me that the beds were made in NZ but the brochure states Australia. I was also sold the M500 bed but nothing in the brochure on that model and all the contact details are Australian not NZ.

I was told someone would call me to arrange delivery, apart from a generic text, I got nothing.. no contact for over 5 weeks!!! Obviously I was now concerned and wanted to cancel my bed.. still after 7 weeks I have not been refunded my money.

poor communication after sale. Sale pitch was good though – signed up and paid deposit August 29th. Delivery said to be 2 weeks, still waiting and no communication!

Poor experience – I feel that the mattress I laid on at the caravan show definitely wasn’t what was delivered to me… very poorly designed… the caravan split electric bed mattresses keep sliding apart and the “plush” side is still very hard resulting in sore shoulders and very poor sleep… Show details

We bought our M600 Dual King beds and mattresses in early 2026 and we are finding them fantastic. We both like the plush option on the mattress, but it is comforting to know that we can make the mattress firmer, at no cost, should we have health issues that require a firmer mattress. the ‘Zero Gravity’, option in the mechanics gave her a lot of relief and allowed her to sleep and rest more comfortably. Making two ‘single beds’ is so much easier than making the King sized bed, and the mattresses are so much easier to lift when putting fitted sheets on. Being a heavier person, our original King Mattress would shake or move when I got in or out of bed, which often woke Julie. Now that we have separate mattresses, that is no longer a problem. This is definitely a 5-Star product which we recommend.
