received a call before 3pm to let us know that they were a minute away. When it was installed we were told they couldn’t put 1 peg into the ground which we thought was fine until that side kept lifting up later during the party. We have another party next month and were planning on hiring again but glad we waited until after the first party as we have decided we will go with another company to save the same disappointment.

I wouldn't even give these people a single star if I could. I have had to cancel a booking due to rain and thunder. I explained to them I live out of state and that the full credit they returned would be of no use, but they proceeded to refused. Such a smooth and easy transaction. Super fast response to all queries before the day. Lincoln and Corey were brilliant on the day. On time, fast set up, easy instructions. Can't recommend this company enough. My daughter and her friends had a blast on the moana jumping castle!!!

Fantastic service – Would highly recommend. Communication was great and apon delivery and pick up, workers were polite and really professional. Definitely would be hiring again.

Bucking bull fun – We hired the bucking bull for our sons 18th and it was incredible! So much fun. The crew were so helpful and lovely to deal with and even offered tips on how to stay on. Thank you!

Take your money then don’t provide the service – Didnt answer the phone when things were going wrong, the supervisor we paid for didn’t arrive until the final hour of a 3 hour party and then I have been ignored after requesting a refund for a service we didn’t receive. Terrible company you cannot rely on – Awful company you cannot rely on, none of their workers are on the books,all overworked and underpaid, and if you want to be manipulated and abused this is definitely who to seek.

Worst jumping castle hire experience – I hired a jumping castle from this company and once it was set up we discovered the inside was CAKED in mud. I immediately called the delivery team and told them it wasn’t acceptable. I sent photos to the companys mobile number and then set about cleaning the whole thing myself (as we were having a kids party and I didn’t want them jumping on dried caked mud). The company texted me and said the delivery team would come back in the afternoon to clean it. I confirmed I had just spent 45 mins cleaning it myself. I asked for a discount. The delivery team then called me and said if I had already cleaned it they wouldn’t come back. Have heard nothing at all from super castles despite my attempts to resolve the matter with them. I have hired a lot of jumping castles over the last 6 years for kids parties and I absolutely will never use this company again.

Disgraceful and dodgy – I will be taking you to ACCC after you delivered an obstacle course that was not what was ordered as per your description and photos on your website. a full or partial refund. Their invoicing doesn’t specify the cost of each item however the refund we received differs from the items price on their website. . Another phone call that received another ‘I’ll look into it’ response and here I am, still waiting to hear back. Very unprofessional. I will not book through Super Castles again. in the family and was trying to organise some else to deliver and that I was going to get a callback in 20 mins. No call. Ignored my calls. At 12 at sent a text saying I want my deposit back asap. No response. Sent email, no response. Sent email Monday, no response. Monday afternoon put claim through PayPal, they haven’t responded to the claim. I will get my money back even if I have to go to fair trading. You have no idea who you have stuffed around and ruined my sons bday party. Plus you will have at least 30 negative reviews from everyone that came to the party. Give me my money back you thieves. This seems to be a common thing from what I am reading. Stay away guys. Other companies out there that are so much better. Bring it on, you have honestly messed with the wrong person this time around.

Very professional, cannot fault – Guys on time at drop off and pick up, very professional and polite couple of gents dropped off and set up even asking if there was any below ground services to look out before hammering in the large pegs to keep the jumping castle from blowing away. Like wise for the gents that picked the jumping castle up, asking if everything was ok and did everyone enjoy the castle. Cannot fault the business.

Supercastles Brisbane..Absolutely dreadful! Poor customer service, supplied product that was electrically unsafe, faulty – Supplied a popcorn machine that I paid for that hadn't been electrically tested since 2018. Was told to Google search how to use the machine. The cable was faulty, the machine did not work as promised. Dreadful company - didn’t turn up – I booked a jumping castle from Super Castles Brisbane for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Booked, paid for in full, and confirmed well in advance. They simply didn’t show up, ruined the party, avoided answering my calls, and later even refused to give me a manager’s name and number so I could escalate a complaint. Dreadful experience.

Went above and beyond for our sons birthday – Super Castles were by far the easiest company to deal with when looking to hire a jumping castle So happy we found them and will be using them again in the future

They guys are absolutely amazing! – Super Castles Are absolutely brilliant! These guys made my little boy’s birthday an absolute blast! Highly Recommend – A professional helpful team with a great variety of party hire products to select from. So many different themed jumping castles as well as fairy floss and popcorn machines. They can even arrange face painting for you! You don’t lift a hand as they deliver, set up and pack up everything for you. Highly recommend!

As it was 1hr before all the 4 year olds were due to arrive for the party we had to offer to pay the guy cash just so he would turn up! It was a Sunday and [name removed] didn’t answer his phone and I couldn’t get him until the Monday afternoon. When he did finally answer his phone all he did was just ran the driver down and said he basically doesn’t show up to 1 job every weekend and that he would refund me the $270 I had paid to Super Castles (note I still paid the driver) of course that was October 6th and still no refund or reply from Super Castles who promised to refund. I would steer clear of this company. How could any parent trust that they will actually show up! A parents worst nightmare.
