Temple & Webster Piper Long Entertainment Unit

It is a big and solid unit from T&W – It really is as the name suggests, a long entertainment unit, compared to the usual 180cm "Large" units, measuring in at 207cm it will fit pretty much all of the 75-80" TVs. First off, this is not an easy build compared to a lot of others, this one took me 2 hours. Some of that was because I was taking my time and watching cricket but some of that was also because it is a large unit and I had a bit of trouble with the drawers which one of them now doesn't quite sit right but I will get that sorted once I have some time. The back piece was not quite straight also and caused some alignment issues which I had to fix but other than that it was pretty solid.
If this is your first time doing flatpak, I would advise getting some assistance from someone who has done some before.
The finish on it is nice, I went for the high gloss white and it looks fantastic. The only thing that I think lets it down are the plastic feet. They feel and look cheap like they could break quite easily but seem to be holding fine. I would just make sure if you are on tiles or a non smooth surface that you ensure you lift to move it.
The only other thing to note which you should be able to tell from the pictures on Temple and Websters site is that it clearly does not have a lot of space in the compartments for large items like amps, old gaming consoles might have issues with airflow also.
Delivery on this one was $35 which is not unreasonable at all, especially when it gets to you the next day.
:) Thanks, but its all good. I have assembled a LOT of flat packs from $6k worth of Ikea cabinets to kitchens. Other than the drawers which after a little bit of mucking around and I have now got the alignment right, it was the non straight back piece (placed against my 2m level) that showed a curve in the center and had to be modified to fit which took some time.
