Have purchased wines for some years now with The Australian Wine company and never had a wine I didn't like. They seem to nail the right suppliers and their prices are very good. Show reply

Very haphazard delivery from their courier. Left wine in street despite a signature for delivery requested. Complaint to Australian resulted in a standard form reply. Another email was ignored. Very not impressed.

I have purchased a number of boxes of wine from The Australia Wine- very happy with each bottle. I normally choose wines around $20-$35 a bottle and was hesitant to get the value box so was pleasantly surprised by the quality as most are equal to my preference. I have been pleased on the whole with the wines I receive from Australian wines. Only on one occasion was it necessary to send one type of bubbles back, otherwise it has been a good experience. It is an easy process to order for one who is elderly and does not drive anymore. Show reply

Australian wine is great value, and the service is also very good. I would like a greater variety of wines to choose from though. There seems to be a shortage of wines on offer from Germany, Austria and South Africa. Also, the choices for wines from less well-known varieties such as chenin blanc would be good. Show details

The Australian Wine regularly offer very good deals on my favourite wine varieties. Their communication is timely, professional and always polite. I never feel pressured to buy and on the single occasion that I was not 100% happy with my purchase it was dealt with immediately in a manner that underscores my 5 star rating. Show reply

I am a long term, regular purchaser; BUT am driven to distraction by the sheer number, complexity & variety of offers. Frequently several on line in one day, as well as in the post; not to mention inclusions in the fabled Newspaper. Less can be better Show reply

The Australian Wine showcases wine from known and relatively unknown producers from around Australia at very good prices. The wines are carefully packaged and despatched promptly with delivery to our home. I have never been disappointed in the quality and finesse of the wines. A great way to keep our wine rack full. Haven’t received my wine yet. Took over a week to process and looks like it will be a little over 2 weeks before I receive it. Pretty slow I think. I also couldn’t use my $40 off for my first order because I ordered the $1 subscription before my wine so it meant the wine wasn’t my first order. I am looking for a wine company that can supply me consistent well priced wine. Not sure if this will be it?

Great selections and some very good pricing. Terrific range. However the overall offering is badly let down by the delivery arrangements. Aggressive salesman. Persistent phone calls after numerous requests to stop calling. I've blocked numerous numbers but they have the never ending phone numbers. Don't engage in their calls because you will live to regret it

A good way to stock up on wines. Lots of different varieties available with some lower cost but still quality wines for wine drinkers on a budget! Shipping is usually pretty quick. Had a missing bottle a year or so ago but they were quick to sort that out and I'm pretty sure they sent me an bonus bottle along with the missed one. Show reply

email saying I did not want it and a lady contacted me by email and cancelled the deal whatever it was. I have since spoke to one of your wine advisors and purchased another case which also seems fine (we have only tried one of the wines). I think it will work out better now that I have a wine advisor who seems to understand my choices.

The best thing is the overall quality of the wines especially European ones. They are usually excellent and often the pricing is good and very competitive . They offer groups of 12 wines which are very good value or you can mix and match your own. They also offer free post for a reasonable fee . A monthly magazine adds to the allure . via aramex to my place and they are also excellent. They also of course have a good range of aussie wines and again the quality is good . If I were to have friends over and wanted a classy bottle of wines say from France or Spain they are really good . It seems to me that in the end you can pay around 15 Aussie dollars for a terrific European or Aussie bottle and of course you can buy something cheaper down the street . But what i do like and why I am giving a high rating is the quality .

Have a vast selection of wines to choose from and priced to satisfy the potential buyer . Many unknown brands and you need to rely on The Australian Wines advice of quality and value when selecting your wine . Have interesting specials to consider and try at very reasonable prices . Have the unlimited delivery plan which is very good value. The wines marketed are of reasonable/ good quality and they do come with a money back guarantee. Prices do vary for a particular wine so there are opportunities to pick up a favourite at a special price. I suspect they are getting more competition from Liquorland/BWS based on the increased marketing by those companies. Show reply
